Bradley's comments are why I don't like people saying the reason they brought a B squad was so they would have an excuse to loose. He just told it like it was, no excuses at all. Besides, we love to compete, especially when we're outmatched.

a lot of the player's club teams wouldn't let them out of their games to come to this tournament. i don't know why the EPL players didn't go. their season is out now. but maybe Bradley decided since we don't have many of our 1st string MLS players, he might as well just take a bunch of our new guys and give them some experience. and from what i've heard and seen, they played great the first 60 minutes. very promising for the future of US soccer.

Brazil can bring a b-team, hell they can bring a c team, and still make it to the finals. The gap between USA and teams like Brazil and Argentina is still very wide.

I don't really mind that we lost 4-1, because we were facing a team A argentinian squad with our B squad, and we held our own until the last 30 minutes, which really ruined us. I was really impressed with the our young team the first 60 minutes but then it fell apart. Oh well, learn from our mistakes.
