  • This workout is GREAT!!! I've been doing this for a month now. 2 days on and 1 day off. went from 190 pounds to 176 pounds(because of the muscle development) and I went from size 38 pants to 32. awesome workout!

    double chins are usually fat so cardio will get rid of it

  • @SuperDhern if you wanna get rid of you double chin all you have to do is work out your neck muscles take a small ball or something like it that will push back when you push down on it and place it between your chin and your neck and push down on it keep doing it till your sore or when you feel like you did enough and keep doing it soon it will tighten up and no more double chin

  • @BrOK3nBrZD Before and after, if you do it right off the bat, you won't be able to use all your energy, cause you, well just woke up and didn't eat for like 6-12 hours. But, you will bur more fat/calories doing it before too, so it will be more pleasureble to do it after breakfast and you will be able to do ALOT better.

  • @CommandoGeneral Camera man/woman needs to be fired. If this guy wants to be taken seriously, he needs better shots to show proper technique. Too many times the arms/hands are cut out of the shot and camera is way too shaky. Get a trip-pod and cut to different shots of different exercises. Also, throw in some text to list the exercise you're on and the number of reps needed per set. Assuming you're videos are for beginners (which they are) this would be a good addition.

  • @kahlan2727 Yes, however for maximum Afterburn you should combine workouts like these with heavy, compound lifts. And of course, you want to make sure your diet is on point too. This can be a good PART of your fitness routine, but I encourage you to also get your lifting and eating down too!

  • I can't help but feel that I'm missing something and doing 2:10 wrong. I do what I see in the video, but I don't feel anything, even after a ton of reps. I've started skipping it because I just don't know what it's supposed to accomplish, but I'm pretty sure I'm doing it wrong. Can anyone explain this particular exercise to me?

I might be out of position, or getting the motion wrong, but in general I don't understand the focus of some of these moves. Maybe if some detail could be given during each one to help us understand the purpose better. At any rate I'm starting to do these regularly, and I feel worlds different, so even if I'm doing it wrong I'm feeling results

  • @habsfans31 there none such thing as JUST losing belly fat, fat loss to a targeted area doesn't exist unless you lipo suction. Do this routine enough and with a good diet you'll lose fat all over including your belly, but really you should be mix and matching different workouts for best results

  • Jesus Christ. I only did 100 reps, then straight into M-100s. It burned so much. Im only 13, but I need to lose like 5lbs-10lbs.
