  • My step mom died when i was 11 now im 12 and this song and dont blink both make me cry

  • I literally lived this song. :( The first time I saw my dad cry was really when my grandfather died when I was 13, and I had a friend in a car accident that lived to be there and speak at his graduation. Amazing how this song can relate to so many people.

  • I was almost dead to drug addiction, I tried killing my self because i thought I couldn't get out of the spot I was in. Felt hopeless and felt like it was impossible to ever recover.. Docs said I had a hour or 2 more to live if I continued using. While in the hospital I heard this song again and it hit me like a freight train. My moment of clarity and I am now sitting at 5 months sober. Very well could of been this song and my higher power that put us in the spot together. For that I am greatful

  • First time I ever saw my dad cry was when my Grandma died, I was 13.

  • the impossible peace in the middle east

  • the song kinda reminds me of the titanic

  • this has seriously been my favorite song since i was 5. my friend broke this cd when we were fighting and i could never find the song cause i forgot what it was called. SO glad i found it.

  • We love and miss you Grandpa.

  • In case your wondering where this vid was taken it was taken at the mothballes ships in san franciscos harbor. So sad that all those ships are sitting there decaying amd nobody cares about it.

  • i think it's funny how people defend the obvious!

  • of course unsinkable ships sink just look at the titanic!

  • This song touches my heart dearly. Im 17 years old. I sang this at my grandpas funeral. Even though i was only 10 it was hard to do it holding back the tears. I found myself singing it again 6 years later at my grandmas funeral. This song has so much meaning. I cry every time i hear it.

    I love you grandma

    I love you grandpa

    RIP. <3

  • this is the only country music i listen to cause its amazing

  • no other country singer could sing this song as amazing as joe does <3

  • @HoneyBee4578 singer scotty mcgreed

  • @freakzilla6997 sorry but i disagree. scotty is great and i love him but this song can only be sung by one. and that is joe

  • this should be americas anthem

  • Never underestimate the impossible is what i live by

  • This is a beautiful song! Joe Nichols sings it wonderfully, too! I've learned to never underestimate the impossible, too. :)

  • Everybody that I send this video to says they think the sadest part of this song is the kid in the wheelchair. I disagree. The saddest part to me is the one with the Dad. My Dad is my life. but when my Papa passed away, I felt so responsible, and not just because I was his son. Because I knew my Dad loved my Grandpa more then he could love anyone else, exept his wife. But I had felt like I had lost half of my Dad to some thief. I thought my Dad could take any pain. I guess not this kind.

  • this is an awesome song ! :)

  • @madeofscars100 omg no way!!!

  • My brother got hurt and this song reminds us of him. We believe he will be like the boy in the second verse. He's been told he'll never be able to do anything again but we know he can defy the odds. He's done it many times already.

  • I do like this song and well my sister got in a car wreck and then i was thinking the could bring her back and they tried and then the very next day they came into the waiting room and told me they lost her and i was just thinking that just maybe the impossible could bring her alive and then it didnt work :(

  • @BleedOutLoser i'm so sorry, but trust me when i say i've been where you r ,but you will wake up 2morrow and breathe again!!

  • This song is truly an anchor in my life. Every time I hear it my heart pounds really fast. I love you grandpa.

  • Fab song...it really makes a point, about the life in general...

  • There isnèt anything that cant happen in our world! and at my graduation i want to say some of this song in is if i get to make a speach and like the song says theresno such thing as hopeless so thats my goalwell and to bring country music back!

  • i think i just found my new artist singer!! GOsh your so handsome

  • i want this song at my funearal

  • @LadyRaynesleigh91 maybe we should start naming things "Sinkable", "Breakable", and "Bendable". I think we are too full of ourselves ;)

  • the song "This Ain't Nothin'" is another good one

  • it taught me to never overestimate or underestimate things

  • i like this song

  • My mom was diagnosed with stage 3 Brain cancer 6 years ago, they said she'd be dead in 6 months and that it was IMPOSSIBLE for her to live more than 2 years! She proved them wrong, she's still here with me & my beautiful son! Her health isn't the best but she's fighting to stay! She also outlived my dad who I though was the epitome of health.. I love you momma, & R.I.P Daddy! They are both only 48 /:

  • @itzAcosta Yes. That's the symbolism he is portraying

  • Unsinkable Ships that Sink - Titanic

Unbreakable Walls that Break - Berlin Wall

Unbendable Steel that Bends - Twin Towers

I've learned to never underestimate the impossible.

  • @LadyRaynesleigh91

I got the Titanic, but I didn't get the other two until now

  • @LadyRaynesleigh91

The Fury of The Wind - Hurricane Katrina

  • @LadyRaynesleigh91 n its all obama's fault

  • @freakzilla6997 How do you get that?Titanic sank in 1912.There berlin wall coming down was NOT a bad thing (If your mind wasn't so narrow you would know that) and the Twin Towers we're attacked on September 11 2001 by Muslim extremist. Not Obama.

  • Every time I hear the story of Billy, and how he stood up and said, ect. it gives me chills. Its truly inspiring.

  • My sister was born dead and they said it was impossible to bring her back and yet they did I agree nothing is impossible

  • @chaserbug14 i was born early i wasn't suppose to live at all and if i did i'd never be normal...i'm 22 i've graduated highschool looking for a job and people who look at me don't believe me...god bless YOU'RE SISTER IS A MIRACLE...MAY HER FUTURE BE BRIGHT AND FILLED WITH WONDER AND HAPPINESS.. GOD BLESS YOU!

  • RIP Daddy.

  • This was played at my grandpas funeral 8 years ago on Remembrance Day. Truly, an amazing song.

  • impossible is just an excuse you make up because you dont want to try because your afraid it wouldnt work

Dont give up hope , because if you believe , any thing is possible

  • I love this song because when he is talking about his dad that is exactly how i feel about my dad he is the strongest man i know and no matter how old i get i will always be daddy's little girl!! I love you daddy!!!

  • I love this song scence I saw him sing it saterday at ocoee foumdersday

  • 30 people dont believe in the impossible... Must not be real hard workers, you have to beleive anything is possible to get stuff done no matter what! I believe in the IMPOSSIBLE!

  • he looks like my daddy abit :) all and all amazing song!!!!

  • To all you people angry at livluvlaff11, can you just shut up. Can she have her own opinion? In case if you haven't noticed, those comments are EVERYWHERE, and did you see how many people liked it? Those singers are just as country as Joe Nichols, if not more. Except for Taylor Swift. She's not even country-pop

  • @PieTastyIs agreed, taylor swift is a cop-out, she will die out in the next few years.

  • I always get goosebumps when I listen to this song.

  • This song is so true in so many way's!! You just got to listen to the word's real close!! I love Joe's voice!! He really know's how to sing!!

  • i never thought that my father would have to under go sergery ; putting bolts and screws in his hip, a full knee replacment, cancer out of his shoulder, and eye surgery,,, all at 43. he will never be able to do the things we use to love doing ): i know there are people out there tht have worse conditions then my dad, and i thank god everyday tht he is in as good as condition as he is and pray that it wont get any worse.

  • Damn!! Joe is sooo sexy!!!

  • @conner1493 totally agree and hes even hotter in person

  • my brother went to school with some of his friends and now his friend is in the army and he got deployed and we hope he makes him home saftely he is like my brother , hope he comes home safe

  • hE IS sO AWESOMEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This song reminds me of my dad, he's so tense all the time like he has to be so strong. The first time I saw him cry was when we had to put our cat down in dec. 2010, that cat was his best friend, my dad was so level headed about it, until he buried him. when i saw him crying, it made me cry. After, we got a new cat, well, the new cat has been missing as of mon., and he keeps saying hewill come back, to hold everybody else up. Its amazing to experience something you never thought could happen

  • @PhantomxGirl this song reminds me so much of my daddy and i really have no reason as he passed when i was 11 guess he wa my hero then and will be my hero always

  • @mrk6366 Nobody can replace your father, Its not weird at all that this song reminds you of him, he is, and always will be your father no matter if he's in heaven or still here.

  • This was one of my best firends favorite songs well Last December on the 4th he passed away and when i found out i was listening to this song....... I love you and miss you bro............... RIP Bro ILY

  • a man i knew had a lot of daughters he got cancer we all worried about him, he said dont be sad girls i am going to beat this cancer and we smiled as he said that but he got worsed got in the hospital , and he didnt let us see him like that and in the end the cancer took him R.i.P dad gingerich love and miss u

  • Saw him last night at my town's festival! Only costs $5 to get in. How amazing that a big country star like him would sing to a bunch of small towners on a local stage? He was AMAZING!

  • I LOVE MUSIC.

  • I love all versions of country music, be it the legends or the newer singers. Country has changed along with the times. Johnny Cash is a legend, and lets keep that legend going in our hearts, he embraced change, so let's be like Johnny and embrace the change in country music. It's what he'd have wanted. =/ So pointless fighting over things that the ones you fight about would call stupid.

  • does he have a problem with his chin?

  • this song comes in my mind when i almost lost my life last year due to a kidney infection. i saw god face to face and he told me that i had a reason for living and he sent me back when the doctors were going to say that i was gone to long and then thta miricale happened. im alive and proud to this day. this song makes me cry cause i know god unlike most people know him.start believing and it will happen. never give up.

  • i was 8 when this song comes out. & even then it gave me chills. it still does today.

  • I had never seen my dad cry until my grandpa died. Then my cousin was in the Navy and now in a wheelchair. Now he had stood up for the first time in 5 years last week.

  • my grampa had real bad lung cancer he was soposed to die he had 2 weeks to live =( but he pulled through and lived 2 years i was right next to him when he died on his bed i cry everytime i hear this song

  • Can you say Heath Ledger look-a-like?

  • @TheSpartan1024 I was just thinking the same thing!

  • @1996sweetypie1 true but if u dont like country then why would listen to a country song?

  • I love this song! It reminds me of my grandma. While she was in the hospital we didn't think she'd make it but she did!

  • i relized the refernces to this (unbendable steels and all that) refers to things the world thought would never happen so just goes to show keep an eye out

  • this was my favorite song for soooo long and every time i heard it i would cry -like i am now- and never knew who sang it.....about 4 months ago i found out and sooo many other songs i live are by him

  • My Great Grandma fought and defeated cancer three different times before it finally took her. They say that's impossible. She was a miracle and a strong woman.

  • my aunt was not supposed to live past the age of 3 months. she is now 41 and always has a smile for everyone. im so glad she beat the impossible :)

  • @RipFlm FACT!

  • my aunt was told she was was going to die shes been in a coma since today she just woke up and now walking around its took 6 months for this to happen

  • my dads back got crushed in an accident, he recovered bt dodged from pain pills to eventually meth and after stealing my pain meds after surgery it was the final straw. i keep him the impossible will happen and his bottom will come before the grave. IowaFootballFan31, heres a prayer for u and urs sent along w one for me and mine!

  • Love this song. It's amazing.

  • whos billy?

  • impossible itself spells I'm Possible.

  • @1996sweetypie1 haha its cool, go check em out

  • Doctors said my cusin would never walk... Guess what she started walking 3 weeks ago today... Anything is possible dont let anyone teel you different... You can over come anything...

  • @ThePmp1993 Congratulations to your cousin

  • @ThePmp1993 glad shes walkin man and your right anythings possible

  • @ThePmp1993 That's why I hate it when doctors say something won't happen...cause they don't know for sure! They told Orlando Bloom he'd never walk again either after a bungi cord accident...ha! Look at him now!

  • @ThePmp1993 God is good. Praise the Lord for that! I'm so happy for you.

  • @1996sweetypie1 ok i'll name it: Kenny Rogers Vince Gill Dolly Parton Johnny Cash Garth Brooks George Jones George Strait Alan Jackson Reba McEntire Patty Loveless Randy Travis, and that's just the legends. you don't know half of em do you. btw im a teen too so no excuses.

  • if you dont fucking like this kind of music, dont listen to it and dont post these fucked up comments.

  • The first verse of this is so powerful for me. My dad works away but I adore him and he can always make me laugh no matter what. My grandad was one of the strongest men I've ever known. I'll never forget the sight of my laughing dad breaking down at the end of grandad's funeral. It was one of the most harrowing and also comforting things I think I will ever see.

  • never underestamate the impossible, titanic, pearl harbor, holocaust, 9/11, killing of bin laden the work of god, and so much more. this song is so buitiful it reaches my heart deeply. so please everyone, never underestamte the impossible.

  • @asdfghjkl97274 god bless brother i love you to! amen

  • @asdfghjkl97274 best typer and speller on Youtube.

  • @RipFlm dude for all you know he was cryin when he was typing that....and how can you say that to someone who fought for your freedom

  • @asdfghjkl97274 thank you too your brother for his service. He is the definition of what a "real man" is. I just got back from there myself, how is he handling it? the first couple of months were the hardest for me, the transition is tough. again thanks for his service and your support, he is lucky to have a sister like you.

  • When I was six my dad was diagnosed with cancer that had spread throughout his body - they said he would never work another day in his life and that he was terminal. He had gone to over 15 doctors in the course of a year and nobody had found this. I'll never forget the day they wheeled him away from my house on a stretcher. I miss you daddy... I know that things would have been different if you were here

  • Dont just give up and let a hard time in life slow you down! no matter how hard it seems or how "impossible" it seems theres always a chance. so dont quit on your self or any of your loved ones! youll see just how POSSIBLE the impossible is!

  • After the tornado that hit my house in 2003

My family got into the car and turned on the radio and the first words that came on where 'Unbreakable Walls Break'

And every time I listen to this song it always makes me cry

  • Comment removed

  • this is the first time ive listene to this since my dad left my family and now its got me believing that my dad will come back.

  • @smileyface2324 i hope so.

  • Reason says that there are things that are impossible. As does Science, but Science and reason are manmade. Man isnt perfect. So everytime someone wants to tell me it's impossible I'll say "So was landing on the moon and standing after being paralyzed from the waist down." Nothing is impossible. remember that as you grow and as your children grow. The possibilities are limitless you just have to take a chance, and break that limit.

  • People sayed it was impossible to go out into space yet there are footprints on the moon

they said she wouldn't pull out of the comma but now she is getting married in 2 months

They said he had 1 year to live but hes here 30 years later and is going to be a grandad

  • This is the Best song EVER!!

  • Im 21 Graduated from high school I have a wonderful life an a great job

  • I can state the same i should of died twice before I was 2. when I was born I was yellow because my birth mother tried to get rid of me by pills drugs and alcohal. I manage to over come that and at the age of 6 months I was in my crib at night and I stop breathing if it wasnt for my grandmother haveing a feeling to check on me I wouldnt be here to day. They took me do the hospital the docs said I shouldnt of lived I was dead for over 10 minutes. that I would have major brain damage. I can say

  • Impossible iself says

    I'mpossible

impossible is a oppinion for nothing is impossible

because look we made it to the moon already so ur wrong anything is possible

  • They said he had 1 year to live

The day before that day His wife broke down and said she couldnt bare to leave him and he said "The impossible is possible Ill make it" it was 4 years after that day and his doctor gave him the worst news he ever heard He had 2 months to live you know what he told that doctor "The impossible is possible I'll make it" he made it and its 16 years later they have been mairred for a long time he was told 4 more times he would die he made dont doubt the impossible

  • My half brother was born with 4% survival chance. Underwent 6 surgeries in a month. The doctors said he would grow up with severe medical conditions. He would spend his life in a wheel chair. At 2. He took his first steps. Running by 3. At 5. His heart beat slowed. His doctors said this is it. We should say goodbye.

My half brother is 7. And running around all the time. Doing great in 2nd grade. My little brother overcame the impossible. I love you Dylan. You're my hero. Stay strong kid.

  • This song reminds me of my grandpa because he survived a war and sevred in the army.and even though he died 5 months ago he still ives on through me his granddaughter and im proud to say IM A COUNTY LOVING,HARD WORKING,CRAZY,RODEO RIDING COWGIRL. WHO IS GENE ELLISONS GRANDDAUGHTER. :) i think he would be proud of his hardheaded granddaughter who is following in his footsteps. :) i love you papa :) R.I.P.

  • I say if you like music listen to it... It doesn't matter if its rap, pop, rock or country.... All music is good...

  • i played this song at my grandpa memorial

  • Problem: he says "I've learned to never underestimate the impossible." The rest of the song shows that he's trying to say, "I've learned to never OVERestimate the impossible."

  • This song made me remeber of the first time I ever saw my dad cry after my parents split up...he cried when a psicologist asked him if he still loved my mom. :/

  • My sister was born with gastroschisis, in 1981, the drs said she wouldn't live through the night, She lived to be 20. This song reminds me of her

  • What happened to real country music like this? I miss toby keith, garth brooks, lonestar, saywer brown, joe nichols, and other true country singers. I miss them so much.
