@Mylesperhour23 Okay, I'll try to explain this as best I can. Here we go. Shara and Djinn have a previous history, they were probably lovers in fact. Even after all that he's done, she still loves him, that's why she says she has no choice. ALwL is Djinn taking on a new name, after absorbing most of the realm into himself. Sometimes you talk to people who are dead, a way of remembering them like with Shadow and Maria. Not sure about the transforming, but ALwL was probably not chained by the lamp

So he got pulled into the fight. The voices are probably coincidence. The hanker chief mountain was meant to be a gesture of compassion. Even if it did seem corny. Did I miss anything? Oh, Alf Layla wa-Layla means "A thousand nights and one night" in Arabic. Since he claims to be the Arabian Nights.
