Now i've watched a few remixes of this tune, and I'm afraid it just sounds best in its original form. If Otis wanted drums he'd have put them in. Not knocking what you've done, this is pretty good work, but I'm just sayin'.

Not bad, although it feels wierd. Part of why this song is so cool is Taylor's minimalist approach. The drums kind of bury that, but I like the guitar. I also like the vid. You know it's the 1930s when the gangsters are better dressed than the cops and they hold their guns straight instead of sideways so they can actually aim properly!

I think I would've liked it with drums, if the guitar and banjo were also re-recorded. Now you can hear how the guitar and banjo are tying to lay it down, but the drums (offcourse) keep in te rhythm. The idea is cool though! I think me and the band are gonna play it again next rehearsal :)

the scene ,pervis shoots pretty boy floyd, unrealistic because: floyd is running parallel to pervis,so pervis has a side shoot, film shows an exit wound to the front of floyds belly. good scene anyway,wish i could bolt action that fast , great music

good like it. but the strong drums are good for the banjo bridges. as from first bridge it gets good. but a jazzier or bluesier drums wouldve been better. the guitar solo is good but somehow looses the bluesy spirit and hides the banjo tune.

This song is straight 4/4 or 2/2, drums are not too busy and filled entire unisons. Original song metronome is corrupt , listen original song after listen this one you can see whats wrong.

Dude, great that you've tried to add drums and guitar to this song, but this song isn't simply a straight ahead 4/4. The feel of the drums is wrong (and to busy) and the guitar simply ruins the "good feel" of the song.

There is another guy on YouTube that's put drums to this song but it's actually enhanced the feel of the song. He's not to busy and he lays down a solid track to accompany the music, not completely change it.

In saying that, as a project, it's good to see some creativity! 4*s.
