not completelly right , you have to go back after you played the c into the d chord , if u listen to the song you can hear it , . but good cover - and i haven't forget that you're a bass player. 5/5

umm ^^' well it kinda sounds right, you might wanna try a few different chords for this song, I play the normal version on guitar but I havnt really tried the acustic version... nice anyway (Y)

ummm basically all I can say is try just switching between the 3 chords in a row until you find a way that is comfortable

then after you get that try throwing in a little bit of rhythm with your strumming ... eventually you should get a comfortable switch
