  • ssd the best!

  • @thermaltake77 what brand fans and what size where they, im talking bout the exhaust rear fan

Just bit hard to hear the brand with ur accent, no offence intended

    Good job btw

  • @TROYMANZ these are nanoxia fans in the back 140 mm , the 3 on rad 120 mm

very good fans and nice ones to ;)

  • @thermaltake77 ahk thanks :D

    gj btw looks sexeh :D

  • @TROYMANZ yeah, but the hardware is getting old now lol

  • @thermaltake77 i recon u should wait till radeon 7XXX seris comes out and get them

  • @TROYMANZ yeah, but i dont like ATI anymore, i had a few cards from them and they always got broke.

so i swear to nvidia now ;)

but so far evrygame runs maxed out, so i dont have to upgrade yet.

and i have a overclock cpu and gpu .

  • @thermaltake77 ahk awsome :)

  • raid 0 with 3 is impossible

  • @HennesseyHPE1000 what are you saying dude, im am running it in raid 0 with 3 ssd.

  • @thermaltake77 oh really, i have always been told you need an even number of drives, well thats cool

  • @HennesseyHPE1000 for raid 1 and 10 then you need even numbers, but not for raid 0

  • im not so sure it would be enough for you to use it as a resovior ,but you could just use it for looks as a pass through ,

  • @thermaltake77 thans for the info, i wasnt sure because of this video

    ww w.you tube.com/watch?v=1sWcqagVZWU&feature=related

check it out,you can see water flowing in the spiral tubes in the middle, because he has air in his system,so there must be 2 kinds of these t-virus things, this one is limited edition and has cool aluminum end caps, but i dont think it can be used as a res since the amount of water that can fit in the 2 inside tubes is much less than can fit in the outside tube,

  • english is fine, so i have a qusetion about the t-virus res, where does the coolant actually go? is it in the outer tube, the big outer, main tube? or does it flow through the 2 smaller spiral tubes in the middle?and can you put a different liquid in the tube or tubes where the coolant is not flowing?

  • @bulletproof2353 the water goes in the big outer tube, the 2 small inner tube are just for show you cant not put water in them.

but you can buy the res with ohter color spiral, red , green, blue ...

  • you got the cpu block on sideways :S

and you cant RAID0 3 drives.

  • @nooblady2310 the res cost about 100 pond, i think u can buy them in the UK

  • how in heck u could run 3 ssd's in raid 0??? o.0 very good rig though m8

  • @Ionaras13 why not? just config it like any ohter raid 0 with normal drives.

    works fine 750mb read 650 write ;)

  • I honestly don't think you need.... to remove the block to put that plate on. But yeah it does have 3 screws in the middle that screw into the block. I was able to remove my chip board without draining the liquid.... i put a small picture frame underneath the waterblock to hold it up. But yeah. IT was a pain.

  • yoyo You gonna get the EK back-plate for the GPU? Makes for a really nice look....

  • @Crimsonland1 i dont think so , dont wand to remove the block again to put the plate on

  • Hey what are your temps while playing a game on your gtx 480?? mine idle are 35-41 and while gaming 79-90 at any given time. Am I doing something wrong??

  • @Crimsonland1 what cooling you have ? mine does about 50

  • @thermaltake77 What are yours idle and load? After just checking online what they are standard on a GTX 480 liquid cooled, I"m almost exactly what they say. Mine are actually a little bit lower then standard. But I have the EK water block with back plate. Go to my profile, i uploaded a picture video of my rig recently.

  • @Crimsonland1 my idle are about 39 to 42 and load 50 to 60

  • @dragonx20091 that are 3*120 gb SSD , but i use alot of big files that i need to unrar end convert and that thakes to long on normal drives.

so i work with them on my ssd and then store it on my 1 TB drive.

my pc has a write speed of 650 mb and a read speed of 750 mb, so working on those videofiles is very fast now.

  • Why would a gaming computer need Raid 0 SSDs like this? Seems from the definition of Raid that it's mostly beneficial for servers and graphics design firms

  • @rundatable because i download alot and unrar big files and thats takes to long then.

with the raid setup it takes only 45 sec
