  • Interesting lyrics making a social comment. Will appeal to the current Anti-Capitalist movement.

  • This always was my favourite Elvis movie. Much has been said about the quality of songs in these movies, but i find them all entertaining. After '65 there was a reduction in good movie songs, but you can still find gems like "I'll Take Love", "Baby If You'll Give Me All Your Love", "City By Night" "Rubberneckin'" etc etc.

  • The King Forever.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • love this song and elvis is always a god

  • ELVIS PRESLEY WILL LIVE ON!!!!

  • YOU TUBE BRILLIANCE, WITH ELVIS, THIS PERFORMANCE, WILL HIGHLIGHT THE CAUSE, OF PEOPLES AGAINST THE SMUG, LITTLE MINDED APPROACH OF THE SMUG CLASSES, WHO CONFORM TO RAMPANT CAPITILISTISM FOR THEIR OWN COSMETIC GAIN..HE WHO WAIT, IS AMONGST MANY, IS THE ANSWER.

  • I may only be a teenager... but I think Elvis is HOT! So much more than Justin Bieber and his voice is better too.(:

  • @TheMrPirategirl I agree and I am also a teenager:)

    So agreed and so true.

  • @TheMrPirategirl Dont ever say that name on a Kings video.

  • "1964" the last year our coined money had any true value, at 90% silver, 10% copper, by 2010 it is totaly worthless,

  • I wish I lived back then.

    Haha.

2010 just sucks, especially the music in 2010. Haha.

    THIS is real music.

  • ill be a king i just love him'!!!!! i sing his songs 24-7

  • Elvis is Singing about the New World Order and its coming.

  • @djgaz22 and @MrGrevy, it's a bit of a stretch to say that in this song (long before Elvis's 1977 passing, US President George H. Bush's late 1980s first saying "New World Order," and the post-y2k Enron and Wall St. scandals) Elvis predicted these. He was just (as usual, a talented and engaging singer) singing a brave, cheeky and witty satire about the time-honored fact of those fortunate to rich families born not needing college meritocracy to keep their elite status.

  • @JudgeJulieLit TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU .

  • Who knew Elvis would predict the wall street bailouts and enron/global crossing scandals. Is there anything he couldn't do?

  • Poison Ivy League written in 64 and still holds true today...Rah Rah...

  • love it ...takin the piss out of the stuck up kids lol

  • Norm Grabowski(creator of the T-bucket hot rod) plays the crew cut jock at the table.

  • In a day BEFORE the multimedia computer craze, ELVIS ruled Rock n Roll like T-Rex ruled the dinosaurs.

    KING ELVIS

  • Look into the audience and you might get a glimpse of Raquel Welch in her early years.

  • @Sarasdad91 could you tell me where raquel is in the audience please sarasdad.i coudnt find her, ty

  • @elvisuk At the 50 second mark, look at the girl sitting at the table on the left. she is in a blue dress with brown hair and has a ribbon in it. that is Raquek Welch.

  • @Sarasdad91 who is Raquel Welch?

  • @luvmetender77 If you pause at 0:45 she is the girl (Brunette) on the far left of the table in the light blue dress with the white band in her hair. This I believe was her first part. Then she went on to stardon in the 1970s and was a sex beuty at the time.

She still is beautiful and does cameos in movies on occasion. She played the rich ex wife in Legally Blonde.

  • When I saw this at age 14, I was excited - along with the packed-house at the Saturday matinee. Film has not dated well, though. Cool soundtrack.
