This is not an addon... I don't know what you're trying to do but.. You can go to interface, then action bars, and check all the ones on the left and you will have them. How do you think that clickers play?...

It's not a addon

just press ESC then press the button labeled "interface"

then press the one labeled action bars

and check most of those boxes and you will get them :D
