She wasn't "drunk" at this concert, like she obviously was in Belgrade. You hear her ask the crowd "You wanna meet the band?" Her eyes are clear, not drifting, and she's very alert. This was a miscue of the accoustics, sound tech. Dubai would be a shitty place to perform anyhow. How much exposure has the Arabian Desert had to the rest of the world?
