first of all this is a very negative man(a.smith). profiting off the fears of his people. most conservatives are christians(right). fear no one but the most high. confederate party(a.k.a tea) is anti-life,and the party that believes in captivity. unless you look like them and think let them. believe in what you want. I believe in postivity. this man is probably in his 30's but look like he's in his 50's the bags, and frowns lines comes from too much stress and negativity. THINK POSITIVE!!!!
Jones' will not let me post link to the state department..oh big surprise...heh..go to Travel dot Sate dot Gov and look under "Advice about Possible Loss of U.S. Citizenship and Dual Nationality"
Gary Johnson is the best presidential candidate for the american people. He has the most logical and ethical economic solutions for this nation as a whole. I ask that you at least research him, and if you do not, if I did know you, I'd have to ask, why are you voting when you do not have all the facts? Why vote only for your own sake instead of for the sake of our nation and the greater good? Take some time and read, and see what else is out there? besides what the media tells you
@SimplyDeeJay he lived with his mother, and was born in one of the 50 states of the U.S. I'm pretty sure the latter makes you a citizen, but I'm pretty sure the earlier can make you a citizen if you just happen to have been born outside the U.S. at the time, and you're naturalized by the fact that your primary guardian is a citizen. o_0
Wayne Madsen is right on the money about the elite wanting constant war, and manipulating money markets. The invasion of Lybia to install Al-Qaeda is yet another example of a CIA overthrow of a foreign government. I hope Kaddafi will regroup and throw them out.
Barack Obama has two American parents, was born in Hawaii, and it is irrelevant if he attended school in Indonesia. If his mother and stepfather fooled the system there, that is not his crime. He obviously meets the minimum legal requirements to run for president, but that is not my issue with his being executive. I disagree emphatically with his goals, his actions, his policy toward Israel, and his total disdain for the USA.
We should make a campaign of our own. All laptops now have camcorders.. we should make a quick video that says I support Ron Paul and WILL vote for him to lead us as president. I doubt you'd need to offer any information besides that you're an individual.. but it's risky.. But isn't what Dr. Paul doing riskier? Anyone agree?
Regarding Ron Paul: his explanation of his views on Israel at a debate of several potential candidates is the evidence for thinking him naive and anti-Israel. He basically blames Israel for the violence of Arabs.

@Nekanie Ron Paul is an idiot. What was his answer to the theoretical question of who pays for the healthcare for a person if they are in dire need of medical care but have not purchased health insurance. His answer both dodged the question as well as implying that CHURCHS could take care of that person if they did not buy health insurance. WOW. That is ridiculously stupid and Ron Paul is an IDIOT. That is all. LOL
@hocklax20 He has not dodged the question. He has given examples to it. Ever hear of Catholic hospitals? They were and still are providing healthcare for free. The Holy Family Hospital in Methuen Massachusetts is one. It is one of the best hospitals in the country. It is where Micheal J Fox received his surgery for Parkinson's disease. There are charity hospitals in nearly all metropolitan areas and most of them are not Catholic. Not only that, a hospital is legally obligated to treat someone!
@TheSportCompact Still have not answered the question. Yes there are some Catholic Hospitals but the vast, overwhelming majority of health care provided to Americans is actually private hospitals. This is due to the obvious fact that operations, medicine can be extremely expensive. There is no way that Churches can rely on donations in order to provide adequate care for people. So again, I ask you, who pays for someone who is uninsured but yet needs immediate medical attention?
@hocklax20 - This is not true. Hospitals worked based on charity up until the early 70's and didn't turn people away. Massive welfare reforms put an end to this, forcing people to essentially donate money against their will via tax. We can only return to some sanity when people keep and spend their money as they choose. It has been shown Americans donate more to charities than any other country, so give us our money and let US choose where to give it.
@veradinx STILL. HAVE. NOT. ANSWERED. THE. QUESTION. Who pays for the healthcare of a person who is in dire need of immediate medical care, be it a surgery/operation, medicine or whatever else IF that person has not purchased health insurance. I still have not gotten a legitimate answer to that question. The notion that churches are able to take care of the ENTIRE POPULATION only through donations is simply not true which leads me to wonder if you fully grasp how expensive healthcare truly is.
@veradinx Actually they worked on charity until the 1980's and Reagan's deregulation of everything. Which sadly is why we pay so much for healthcare because hospitals became a for profit business. Prior to this the majority of hospitals were owned and operated by the communities they were in or by a religious group like the Catholic Church itself, a nunnery, monastery, the priesthood, etc. You are so right about hospitals not turning people away prior to the deregulation and donations.
@veradinx ...you sure about that? I'm pretty sure it was up until the Great Depression...because the Medicaid/Medicare system was a product of the 1950s...
PS - Statistically, that may lie true, but not on a per-person basis. Remember, there are only three countries with higher populations than us, Russia, China, India. They don't give more on a per-person basis, but I'm pretty sure Australia shits on us re: charity...
@veradinx you must also remember that, thanks to the corruption of the government as a whole...a lot of things go unwritten. There's a lot of unreported donation that ends up going in people's pockets.
@hocklax20 I did answer the question but you chose to ignore it. Nearly all major metropolitan areas have a "charity" hospital. The majority of hospitals weren't private until the deregulation of the 1980's by Reagan who in doing so drove up the costs to where two Tylenol are over $10, crutches between $250 - $500 that you can buy yourself for $75. If you take the corporations and profits out of hospitals and put the back in the hands of the community, then costs will go back down.
@TheSportCompact It's funny because based on your response about charity/churches and hospitals it sounds to me like you would support Obamacare because of the obvious fact that if the healthcare industry is un-regulated and concentrated on making a profit then costs will sky-rocket. Therefore, it is essential that the government prevent this and offer alternative options. So in this way, I can safely assert that you are in favor of Obamacare?
@hocklax20 For starters I am not for socialized medicine, so don't try to paint me as such. Second, I believe certain industries need regulation like healthcare. We live in a democratic republic, not a capitalistic republic. Healthcare is a public service, as in serve us, and Reagan's deregulation led to that being lost. Third, Obamacare was written by the insurance companies, the same ones screwing us out of the service and money we pay for it.
@hocklax20 Fourth, socialized medicine is a joke. The costs are even higher for healthcare in a system of socialized medicine. This is because when there is insurance companies and private for profit hospitals involved in it, they know and do charge far more then if the system were to remain the same as it is right now due to the fact the government pays even more, and that just means they then pass the additional cost onto us. Obamacare is a death sentence for the old and sick, not help.
@TheSportCompact not necessarily...you forget that these same corporations fund hospital supplies that are necessary for proper function and are quite expensive to obtain in most cases, i.e. heart monitors, ECG machines, surgical equipment, hospital beds...
these are things that have to be of a certain quality to even function. corporations pay those bills, and sock us in the pockets. don't take the corporate out; make them report where the hell our money's going.
@hocklax20 now, my question to you: uninsured by choice or by happenstance? For example, New York State has a free health care option for all residents, as long as you can show paperwork that proves you've lived here for a while. It's not the best, but it's an option.
@TheSportCompact but if that someone cannot afford it...what then? Does that person get sent to jail? What if that person is homeless and has no address for the bill to be sent to? I've seen hospitals in New York turn away people who don't have any insurance. It's despicable.
There's a good way to vote for Ron Paul. Keep liking his videos, keep expressing that you will not buy the puppets, that way when the rigged polls and Chads try to say he lost, he has millions of people to point to as proof of their wrong doing.
There's a good way to vote for Ron Paul. Keep liking his videos, keep expressing that you will not buy the puppets, that way when the rigged polls and pregnant Chads try to say he lost, he has millions of people to point to as proof of their wrong doing.
@Nekanie first of all, Ron Paul wouldn't stand a chance against Obama. He's not even going to make it outta the primary; Shit Romney's been shitting on everyone's parade.
second of all...I suppose you wouldn't mind the reinstating of Jim Crow laws either, eh? Ron Paul doesn't really like anyone who's not white and rich, if you haven't been paying attention. he probably wouldn't mind stripping the LGBT community of their rights as citizens to marry either. -_-
Obama had a bunch of great ideas when he was running for pres. As soon as he got into office he did absolutely nothing he said he was going to do. Almost did a complete 360. This blackmail thing kinda makes sense if you look at what he said he was going to do compared to what he actually did.
Wayne Madsen is a nice communist; he reminds me of Amy Goodman, who is nice too, although she's now so compromised by her handlers at Ford Foundation, having to make the big money to pay for her newer multi-million dollar news center.
Anyone voting for Ron Paul is supposedly anti-semtic... because Americans really need to worry about other nations, especially jews right? Jewnated States of Amerisraelia.
@PullTheTricker no, because we are a nation of struggling inequalities where we fail to recognize that, beneath the ethnicity and pigment differences, we're all human.
Luck had you find it, curiosity will have you check this: healthnews33.blogspot.com (BECAUSE HEALTH IS IMPORTANT FOR ALL OF US!) - please share with your friends...
Obama never lost his US citizenship and i am not allowed to post link to the State Dept. Go to their site and look under "Advice about Possible Loss of U.S. Citizenship and Dual Nationality"' and the site should say: "travel.State.Gov"
@amazonmuze The US does not allow dual citizenship and has not for decades. My father is grandfathered under this change in law and holds US and Canadian citizenship. You have to give up your US citizenship if you take citizenship in another nation and visa versa.
@TheSportCompact [This was taken from the INS immigration government website, fyi.]
Dual Citizenship: The U.S. government allows dual citizenship. United States law recognizes U.S. Dual Citizenship, but the U.S. government does not encourage it is as a matter of policy due to the problems that may arise from it. It is important to understand that a foreign citizen does NOT lose his or her citizenship when becoming a U.S. citizen.
@corpsman907 Natural born only for presidents. Those like you conveniently keep treating Bama like he's instead just some guy getting a paycheck at Subway sandwiches. Doesn't work that way. And speaking of work, the insane judge who ruled Bama could "move on," even with a totally fake SS number, should be thrown out of work right away. That crazy decision also opens up a huge new Pandora's box in every court, as all illegal aliens can now seize upon it to use as defense when facing deportation.
@corpsman907 What the heck does "knowing you" (or not) have to do with the presidential birth requirements I discussed? Bama simply does NOT qualify, and the judge who gave Bama's wrong SS# a free pass belongs in jail. Claiming otherwise is to try sweeping such related facts under the rug, as if he instead only worked a fast food job. That's not a "generalization" - it's just a plain fact, and you were called out on it. (And BTW, I'm no doubt much older - and wiser - than you, sonny boy.)
@themredweirdoshow so, I guess you want to see the long-form birth certificate too? which, mind you, is technically absolutely illegal to publish? assholes like you made the president himself have to loophole the law he's supposed to uphold by forcing him, under pressure, to release it.
i swear. people are such idiots these days. the same argument, and obama's running for a second term now?!?
@corpsman907 The Constitution contains the term "natural born" for a U.S president. This term was used to prevent anyone with the possibility of having a foreign allegiance from becoming commander-in-chief of US forces, for obvious reasons (super fifth column, anyone?) A person with dual citizenship owes allegiance to both the US and the foreign government. They are required to obey the laws of both countries, which of course for a sitting US President would be disastrous to the US nation.
@corpsman907 The term "natural born" is used to mean a singular allegiance to one and only one nation. Dual citizenship contradicts this.
Note that it is unique that the U.S president is also the commander-in-chief, which entrusts the office of president with great power, so a concern of allegiance was on the minds of the framers of the Constitution. Senators and Representatives can be naturalized; the President cannot, because of the Commander-In-Chief power.
@corpsman907 All NATURALIZED citizens have to take an oath of ALLEGIANCE, to confirm they only have allegiance to the US and no other country. But this is not enough to fully repudiate possible allegiances to other countries.
@corpsman907 So "allegiance" is the key here -- at the time of the writing of the US Constitution, "natural born" was a term carefully chosen to define that allegiance - it means having a singular allegiance that derives from one's having been born of the soil of the nation - in this case, the US nation. This results in a kind of "super-allegiance".
That is what the framers meant, and Constitutional lawyers have always recognized this to be the meaning.
@solarDeviant ...and to this day, no one has proven that Obama was born or gained citizenship anywhere else, yet he's got short and long birth certificates, signed and stamped properly, that prove he's been born and raised within the 50 states.
by the way, you don't have to be an indonesian citizen to attend school in indonesia. there's actually a loophole that you can work around if you are a visiting american citizen. ever heard of international students before? yeah.
@corpsman907 According to the Constitution, which explicitly and unambiguously uses with the term "natural born" when referring to qualifications for someone to be the U.S. president ... NO, a US president cannot have dual citizenship. They must have that singular allegiance that can only be derived from having been born of U.S. soil - "born here".
@TheSportCompact ...I have a 17-year-old friend who has dual citizenship in Ireland and in the United States. Said dual citizenship was acquired five years ago.
from the State Dept.: "The Department has a uniform administrative standard of evidence based on the premise that U.S. citizens intend to retain United States citizenship when they obtain naturalization in a foreign state, subscribe to a declaration of allegiance to a foreign state, serve in the armed forces of a foreign state not engaged in hostilities with the United States, or accept non-policy level employment with a foreign government.".
Hey to all you Americans claiming Barack Obama wasn't born in America, I have to say that all this nonsense and ridiculous accusations about him not being born int the US, frankly, makes you all look quite childish. Look, he showed his birth certificate what else do you need? I feel that it is time for you all to grow up and accept reality for what it is instead of hiding behind false accusations and ludicrous excuses. God Bless.
@hocklax20 The problem with his birth certificate is that there are so many anomalies that have been pointed out by experts in photography and typography. Here's a link to just one of the experts with his evidence:
@BurritoqueenOnPatrol Nope, there are no anomalies and there never were any from the beginning. It saddens me that in this day and age that there are still people who are so scared of having a black president that they will try to completely fabricate lies just because of their own insecurities. We are better than that people, the American Nation is better than that and in a couple of years people will start feeling ashamed of themselves for making these accusations in the first place.
@hocklax20 Okay... First of all, I have never attacked or criticized Obama simply because he is black. Secondly, I wonder what you think of this article from several months ago humorously exhibiting 20 "conspiracy theories" from the Obama birth certificate titled, "Top 20 Conspiracy Theories That Have Already Sprung Up Around President Obama’s Birth Certificate"-- just type that into your favorite search engine and look at it.
@hocklax20 This is not about race. Get off of the race card already. It is beyond played out. I am not afraid of a Black president. I would vote for a woman, a man, Black, Hispanic, Asian, it does not matter as long as they are the right person for the job and meet the requirements to be President! Obama does not meet those requirements, never mind the fact he has committed felonies on felonies in the office he should not hold, like Fast and Furious, ordered illegal searches, and there's more...
@TheSportCompact I find your accusations that Obama has committed "felonies" both atrocious and, frankly, untrue lies. Furthermore, these accusations are even more mind-boggling when you consider all the things the Bush administration perpetrated on the American people such as lying to the public to gain support for the Iraq War, phone-tapping US citizens, torturing people in Guantanamo. To even claim that Obama has done anything close to these actions is both ludicrous and delusional.
@hocklax20 Atrocious & untrue? Operation Fast & Furious in which the ATF, CIA, FBI, DHS, & all the others took part in under presidential orders is treason under the law & was setup to end the 2nd Amendment! Invading Libya & wiping his ass with the Constitution claiming the UN gives him the authority to do so over it is treason under the law! Ordering the TSA to do what it is doing with the body scanners & grope searches is criminal. All of these three simple examples are felonies and factual!
Bush targeting Iraq definitely violated a few laws. Hussein had very little to do with Al-Qaeda. Bush just wanted him dead. pretty sure that was illegal.
before you question just one president, you must question them all.
@hocklax20 I notice you don't dare touch my response to your attack on the facts I put out here regarding you claiming the statement of Obama being a felon in his actions as President. You were the one to say they were atrocious and untrue lies, but yet you cannot dispute the facts that prove he is. I would like an apology for the personal attack on me for stating facts.
@TheSportCompact That was an interesting response which really shows me the character of the type of person I am talking to. Do you mind elaborating or giving some type of hint as to what "felonies on felonies" Obama has committed? You gave one example of 'illegal searches," but where was this and when? Listen pyscho, I really hope you actually don't believe that Obama has committed FELONIES while in office because that would show just how delusional sad and pathetic you really are.
@hocklax20 I stated them and you keep ignoring them. He committed fraud with his natural born status, his birth certificate, and his social security number, which in having that SSN , one issued to another he also committed identity theft. All of those are felonies. Operation Fast and Furious he illegally gave arms to Mexican drug cartels while trying to use it to destroy the 2nd Amendment then when ratted out enacts a cover up of the criminality citing national security, again felonies.
the gov't was under scrutiny for catching low-level gunrunners. so, the ATF said "fuckit, we're gonna do some big gun shit" and decided to allow Mexican gunrunners to buy weapons to link them to bigger organizations that supply the US with these guns and fuck all of our citizens up. i mean, if sting operations are felonies, just arrest the CIA and NCIS now. and, like, 30% of our military.
@TheSportCompact also, it's definitely the right to bear arms within means. as in, it's the state's decision to figure out how to handle keepin' track of who owns a gun. buying guns as an unregistered gun owner is a felony. it's THOSE guys who ATF was trying to flush out .
@hocklax20 Then he has violated the Logan Act more times then I wish to count, which is not only a felony, to do so could be considered treason in how he has violated it, another felony punishable by death. He operates without the consent of Congress which is why it makes it a violation. Not only that the Constitution prohibits the President from taking part in any foreign government or institutions which while in office. And when he oversaw the UN security council he violated that. Hows that?
@TheSportCompact Oh so you're "felonies on felonies" claim really boils down to him meeting with an Iraqi ambassador about bringing American troops home and that he operates without the consent of Congress? What the hell does that mean? Do you even understand how the federal government is set up? He can't pass legislation WITHOUT Congress. If anything, George Bush was the one who was overreaching in Presidential power. You really are an idiot, dude especially with that United Nations comment.
@hocklax20 Actually no I wasn't and it wasn't about bringing troops home you idiot. The puppet masters who run Obama have no intentions of us leaving. Why do you think we have an embassy there larger then the Vatican City? Duh, to house the troops and act as a military base. I was talking about G20 and Bilderberg Group meetings. I do understand how the Federal Government works. Obviously you do not. When the President talks / negotiates with foreign interests, it must be with Congress' consent!
@TheSportCompact no intentions of us leaving? ...so why are the troops coming home then? T_T
so, the President has to ring Congress bells if he wants to go have tea with the Israeli prime minister and what not? negotiations, treaties, etc, that's one thing, but he met with an ambassador to talk about whether or not it would be safe to pull some troops back here, not to send a new influx of 'em.
@hocklax20 And actually the President cannot pass legislation without Congress. It is Congress that can pass legislation without the President and does so by a 2/3rds majority vote after the President vetos it. Congress creates legislation and the President can sign it or veto it, not pass it on his own. Why do you think Obama has used Executive Orders to try to circumvent Congress you ass. Obama created the Council of Governors with executive order which is an illegal entity......
@TheSportCompact so, in other words, if Congress passes a bill that allows LGBT bashing, the Prez vetoes it, and Congress passes by 2/3, it becomes law? the Prez can't issue an executive order in the greater interest of the country? the country elected him, and if he believes he's working in the best interest, then swag him the fuck out.
if this was all such a big deal, these orders, he'd have been impeached already, don't you think?
@hocklax20 Obama through Executive Order created the Super Congress which is illegal and unconstitutional to steal the power to create legislation away from it and did so very recently. As he also gave INTERPOL special privileges to operate within our boarders in violation of our sovereignty rights. I can go on too.
@TheSportCompact If by facts you mean things that you just made up and aren't actually felonies then yes, in your delusional world I have been "schooled". LOL Man, you need to join me and everyone else in someplace called REALITY.
@hocklax20 They are felonies and factual. As are the statements I made about the US government and how it is supposed to operate in regards to the President and Congress. Where you do not understand either, you are definitely not in reality. La la land yes, reality no! You can't see that though either because you have your head so far up your ass that you are starved for oxygen or it is because you are a paid disinformation puppet.
@hocklax20 You have nothing to argue against them and disprove what I have said so you resort to personal attacks which shows what a dumbed down, know nothing, lacking the intelligence to formulate an argument child you are. God help you because there is no way you can truly be a functioning member of society.
@TheSportCompact well... @hocklax20 is busy being a productive member of society and I have time to kill, can you prove that he issued an executive order to have the Navy SEALs murdered? honestly, you can have the argument if you're so hellbent on it, but...for one who has so much to argue...you haven't footnoted a damn thing.
Signed,
A Future Business Lawyer of Some Sort (hey, I'm gonna have to represent myself when I'm trying to clear these damn song samples in court someday)
@TheSportCompact ...half of our presidents have done something without consulting Congress. what, you want him to sign and dot a letter to them whenever he has to pee?
@TheSportCompact Bay of Pigs was technically illegal. I don't see anyone yapping anyone up about that.
Watergate was illegal. Nixon didn't serve jail time did he?
at least 50% of Reagan's policies were insane. he served for eight years, and we saw improvement in the economy directly following (due to some of those Reaganomics which weren't actually THAT despicable)...mind you, the '97 crash was due to the Gulf War.
@hocklax20 How about the fraud he created that he supposedly caught Osama Bin Laden and the ordered murder of SEAL team 6, the only ones who knew the truth to cover up the fallacy and fraud he committed. How about every Executive Order he has signed, which it is every one of them, that piss on the Constitution of the United States and violate it, and it is the highest law in the land. Then there is the cover up he has perpetrated using the CIA to hide the truth about his status as American.
@hocklax20 I would go on, which I can, but then I would be showing how your choice of the race card is pathetic and a ploy to try to make us feel guilty.
@hocklax20 Yeah, we can't speak out against a black man because that makes us racist. Pulling the race card, is a trick used against people so they will not get involved in standing up against corruption because the man that is helping to corrupt happens to be black. Just like when he was running for president, all over the media people would be called racist because they did not want the black man to be president, even though their reasoning had nothing to do with race. It's all a game.
@Nautical1994 Let's get real for a second here. If Obama was not black, there would never ever ever have been any controversy regarding his birth certificate at all. Period. So to say that I just pulled the race card when his race is so evidently the cause of the entire 'birther movement" is not only hysterical but it's also delusional. What's more delusional, however, is to claim that race has no impact on politics in this country. Please, join me for a second in a place called "reality."
You have it all wrong, sir. He is following the same policies as the Bushes before him: tow the line for the military-industrial complex and create more wars to vend weapons abroad. Open your eyes and wake up. You are not seeing "reality" but only your own beliefs about the world, fixed in the 1960's. Don't be a fossil.
@72Yonatan Sorry bro, I wasn't alive in the 1960's. I'm curious as the what evidence underlies your comment. What does it mean to "toe the line" for the military-industrial complex and what wars other than the Libyan intervention has promoted? It seems that you are the one not living in reality but instead you are concocting a false identity of Obamas actions based on your own assumptions about the world and preconceived conspiracy theories that have no merit based on the President's actions.
@hocklax20 You are right, race does have an impact on politics in this country. You know why? Because if you don't like the one guy that happens to be of a different race, you are automatically racist according to most of Obama's supporters and the media. It was a strategy used to help his campaign, to get their person into office. Just because you want to know where a person of a different race was born, doesn't make you racist. What about the black people that want to see his certificate?
@Nautical1994 the United States has an African-American population of roughly 40 million. (according to the Census, at least)
why's this one guy suddenly in question as to whether he's a citizen or not?
PS - your previous President was 43% Black. he has all his papers. no one questions him. your current one is only 50% Black. he has all his papers as well. suddenly, nothing's true. o_0
@SimplyDeeJay Its more of a matter of color of skin, was Obama the first black president? Or was he the first with skin color which resembled a black person's? That's all anyone cares about unfortunately. Also his 'papers' have never checked out fully, there's always something wrong with them.
@hocklax20 You are right, race does have an impact on politics in this country. You know why? Because if you don't like the one guy that happens to be of a different race, you are automatically racist according to most of Obama's supporters and the media. What about the black people that want to see his certificate?
@Nautical1994 I concede that your point has merit to a certain extent. Look, we can go back and forth about different situations in which race may or may not play a role in politics, but it is obvious to me and any unbiased observer that Obama's race was and is the cause of so much of the hate-filled speech you have heard from Republicans over the last 3 years especially during the health care debate. To deny this would simply be to disregard reality and substitute it with lies.
@hocklax20 I think you may be blowing the racist thing out of proportion a little bit. Some of the people who brought his birth certificate into question may have been racist but now that we have seen it and it doesn't check out, other people who are not racist also want to know whats up. So maybe we should be thanking them for bringing it up, even though they may have did it for the wrong reasons. And please make sure future presidents meet all requirements, no matter what race they are.
You want to know a really easy way to stop all this crap from continuing??? USE THE POWER VESTED IN YOU BY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS!!!!! Turn off your computer and PEACEFULLY ASSEMBLE where these freaks work.
If you do nothing, you are no better than the criminals
The hell with a Social Sec ! He should have went downtown and got one from the the gate.Look we need JOBS!!!!!!!!!! even though Bush sent most of them Overseas.SOB..........All the way Dr Ron Paul
@QuarterCrawl primary Reminder : If you are a disillusioned Dem or unaffiliated, and you live in one of 18 or more closed primary states , U will not be able to vote Ron Paul in the critical primary! @QuarterCrawl ...and most of the progress you'd physically see in front of you while he's in office (if God Forbid he actually gets in) would be the result of laws set in order during Obama's presidency.
To respond to what Alex Jones says at timing 1:17 where he says "We know that's a fake social security number". I would remind Alex that he doesn't "know" anything except what he sees on some web page, which doesn't mean it's true.
What's the big deal with this stupid birth certificate topic? It's a complete waste of time. It has nothing to do with the issues or the Republicans shipping millions of jobs overseas. Do we really care if Obama's birth certificate was lost, or if Kenyans love Obama so much they will pretend he was actually born in Kenya, perhaps even creating a bogus BC to supposedly "prove it"?
How on earth does that have anything to do with the issues in America needing to be healed?
Well for starters...it has everything to with setting certain legal precedent that can then be further abused by people who are even further removed from the intentions of our founding fathers. Don't forget - it was a gradual departing from these values that has caused America to need to be healed to begin with. It isn't the importance of the certificate itself - its the relevance of how easily this uniquely unqualified individual ascended to the American presidency.
@djlivingfire can you prove him unqualified? I mean...from what I've seen, I've been seeing slow but steady improvement over the last 12 months...especially economically. small victories. there are more jobs now than there were this time last year.
sadly, it looks pretty bad when we get dropped from standard and poor's =/ but that's because our economy just plain out blows, and it'll be decades before it's back where it was four or five years ago
@SimplyDeeJay Proof is difficult. It depends on what one is willing to believe. It seems fairly obvious that he was not born in the US and that disqualifies him right there. But more to the point, he is clearly unable or unwilling to tell the simple truth more often than not. He has broken almost every promise he made and delivered on a very small percentage of his platform. What he did deliver on, i.e. healthcare reform, was done so in clearly illegal fashion. Not so great.
Here's a question. In regards to what ppl who watch this guy completely believe. If the govt who so cleverly got away with 9/11 and all the other cover ups this guy states they have done, not be able to cover up their on SS# number they gave Obama to use in their on system. Seriously guys look at what is said in the whole picture. This crap is nuts, get over yourself Alex.

Hey, I was doing research and apparently it's become semi-mainline that Alex Jones was at one point a KKK Kleagle shortly after his brief stint in community college. Now, at this point, there is no definitive information on whether he remains an active participant in the KKK, but according several reputable sources, including the local KKK chapter, Alex has donated a significant sum of money in the last 8 years.
The media attacks glen beck too for proving exactly this same stuff. I was severely disappointed that alex didn't back him while he went to war against sorros and predicted exactly what is happening now. We are going to be in a total dictatorship if Obama wins again. He will if the election is allowed to be run with electronic machines and union election counters and ppl I charge of counting votes. Nobody likes Obama. He is the biggest war president ever and he ran on peace and harmony bs.
@murf751 It's no good just going to war against Soros - that's only makes the Soros minions like MSNBC and useful idiots likes Matt Damon more defensive. You have to attack all sides.
first of all this is a very negative man(a.smith). profiting off the fears of his people. most conservatives are christians(right). fear no one but the most high. confederate party(a.k.a tea) is anti-life,and the party that believes in captivity. unless you look like them and think let them. believe in what you want. I believe in postivity. this man is probably in his 30's but look like he's in his 50's the bags, and frowns lines comes from too much stress and negativity. THINK POSITIVE!!!!

I ask that you at least research him, and if you do not, if I did know you, I'd have to ask, why are you voting when you do not have all the facts? Why vote only for your own sake instead of for the sake of our nation and the greater good? Take some time and read, and see what else is out there? besides what the media tells you

Wayne Madsen is right on the money about the elite wanting constant war, and manipulating money markets. The invasion of Lybia to install Al-Qaeda is yet another example of a CIA overthrow of a foreign government. I hope Kaddafi will regroup and throw them out.
72Yonatan 5 months ago
Barack Obama has two American parents, was born in Hawaii, and it is irrelevant if he attended school in Indonesia. If his mother and stepfather fooled the system there, that is not his crime. He obviously meets the minimum legal requirements to run for president, but that is not my issue with his being executive. I disagree emphatically with his goals, his actions, his policy toward Israel, and his total disdain for the USA.

LOL
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 He has not dodged the question. He has given examples to it. Ever hear of Catholic hospitals? They were and still are providing healthcare for free. The Holy Family Hospital in Methuen Massachusetts is one. It is one of the best hospitals in the country. It is where Micheal J Fox received his surgery for Parkinson's disease. There are charity hospitals in nearly all metropolitan areas and most of them are not Catholic. Not only that, a hospital is legally obligated to treat someone!
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact Still have not answered the question. Yes there are some Catholic Hospitals but the vast, overwhelming majority of health care provided to Americans is actually private hospitals. This is due to the obvious fact that operations, medicine can be extremely expensive. There is no way that Churches can rely on donations in order to provide adequate care for people. So again, I ask you, who pays for someone who is uninsured but yet needs immediate medical attention?
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 - This is not true. Hospitals worked based on charity up until the early 70's and didn't turn people away. Massive welfare reforms put an end to this, forcing people to essentially donate money against their will via tax. We can only return to some sanity when people keep and spend their money as they choose. It has been shown Americans donate more to charities than any other country, so give us our money and let US choose where to give it.
People are better than you think.
veradinx 5 months ago
@veradinx STILL. HAVE. NOT. ANSWERED. THE. QUESTION. Who pays for the healthcare of a person who is in dire need of immediate medical care, be it a surgery/operation, medicine or whatever else IF that person has not purchased health insurance. I still have not gotten a legitimate answer to that question. The notion that churches are able to take care of the ENTIRE POPULATION only through donations is simply not true which leads me to wonder if you fully grasp how expensive healthcare truly is.
hocklax20 5 months ago
@veradinx Actually they worked on charity until the 1980's and Reagan's deregulation of everything. Which sadly is why we pay so much for healthcare because hospitals became a for profit business. Prior to this the majority of hospitals were owned and operated by the communities they were in or by a religious group like the Catholic Church itself, a nunnery, monastery, the priesthood, etc. You are so right about hospitals not turning people away prior to the deregulation and donations.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@veradinx ...you sure about that? I'm pretty sure it was up until the Great Depression...because the Medicaid/Medicare system was a product of the 1950s...
PS - Statistically, that may lie true, but not on a per-person basis. Remember, there are only three countries with higher populations than us, Russia, China, India. They don't give more on a per-person basis, but I'm pretty sure Australia shits on us re: charity...
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@veradinx you must also remember that, thanks to the corruption of the government as a whole...a lot of things go unwritten. There's a lot of unreported donation that ends up going in people's pockets.
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@hocklax20 I did answer the question but you chose to ignore it. Nearly all major metropolitan areas have a "charity" hospital. The majority of hospitals weren't private until the deregulation of the 1980's by Reagan who in doing so drove up the costs to where two Tylenol are over $10, crutches between $250 - $500 that you can buy yourself for $75. If you take the corporations and profits out of hospitals and put the back in the hands of the community, then costs will go back down.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact It's funny because based on your response about charity/churches and hospitals it sounds to me like you would support Obamacare because of the obvious fact that if the healthcare industry is un-regulated and concentrated on making a profit then costs will sky-rocket. Therefore, it is essential that the government prevent this and offer alternative options. So in this way, I can safely assert that you are in favor of Obamacare?
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 For starters I am not for socialized medicine, so don't try to paint me as such. Second, I believe certain industries need regulation like healthcare. We live in a democratic republic, not a capitalistic republic. Healthcare is a public service, as in serve us, and Reagan's deregulation led to that being lost. Third, Obamacare was written by the insurance companies, the same ones screwing us out of the service and money we pay for it.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@hocklax20 Fourth, socialized medicine is a joke. The costs are even higher for healthcare in a system of socialized medicine. This is because when there is insurance companies and private for profit hospitals involved in it, they know and do charge far more then if the system were to remain the same as it is right now due to the fact the government pays even more, and that just means they then pass the additional cost onto us. Obamacare is a death sentence for the old and sick, not help.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact not necessarily...you forget that these same corporations fund hospital supplies that are necessary for proper function and are quite expensive to obtain in most cases, i.e. heart monitors, ECG machines, surgical equipment, hospital beds...
these are things that have to be of a certain quality to even function. corporations pay those bills, and sock us in the pockets. don't take the corporate out; make them report where the hell our money's going.
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@hocklax20 Not only that, but the Catholic Church is the richest corporation in the world. This is a fact. I think they can afford some charity.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@hocklax20 now, my question to you: uninsured by choice or by happenstance? For example, New York State has a free health care option for all residents, as long as you can show paperwork that proves you've lived here for a while. It's not the best, but it's an option.
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@TheSportCompact but if that someone cannot afford it...what then? Does that person get sent to jail? What if that person is homeless and has no address for the bill to be sent to? I've seen hospitals in New York turn away people who don't have any insurance. It's despicable.

@hocklax20 agreed. Separation of church and state exists for a reason.

It is important to understand that a foreign citizen does NOT lose his or her citizenship when becoming a U.S. citizen.

They are required to obey the laws of both countries, which of course for a sitting US President would be disastrous to the US nation.
solarDeviant 5 months ago
This has been flagged as spam show
@corpsman907 The term "natural born" is used to mean a singular allegiance to one and only one nation. Dual citizenship contradicts this.
Note that it is unique that the U.S president is also the commander-in-chief, which entrusts the office of president with great power, so a concern of allegiance was on the minds of the framers of the Constitution. Senators and Representatives can be naturalized; the President cannot, because of the Commander-In-Chief power.
solarDeviant 5 months ago
This has been flagged as spam show
@corpsman907 All NATURALIZED citizens have to take an oath of ALLEGIANCE, to confirm they only have allegiance to the US and no other country. But this is not enough to fully repudiate possible allegiances to other countries.
solarDeviant 5 months ago
This has been flagged as spam show
@corpsman907 So "allegiance" is the key here -- at the time of the writing of the US Constitution, "natural born" was a term carefully chosen to define that allegiance - it means having a singular allegiance that derives from one's having been born of the soil of the nation - in this case, the US nation. This results in a kind of "super-allegiance".
That is what the framers meant, and Constitutional lawyers have always recognized this to be the meaning.
solarDeviant 5 months ago
@solarDeviant ...and to this day, no one has proven that Obama was born or gained citizenship anywhere else, yet he's got short and long birth certificates, signed and stamped properly, that prove he's been born and raised within the 50 states.
by the way, you don't have to be an indonesian citizen to attend school in indonesia. there's actually a loophole that you can work around if you are a visiting american citizen. ever heard of international students before? yeah.
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago

@corpsman907 According to the Constitution, which explicitly and unambiguously uses with the term "natural born" when referring to qualifications for someone to be the U.S. president ... NO, a US president cannot have dual citizenship. They must have that singular allegiance that can only be derived from having been born of U.S. soil - "born here".

Obama does not meet those requirements, never mind the fact he has committed felonies on felonies in the office he should not hold, like Fast and Furious, ordered illegal searches, and there's more...
TheSportCompact 5 months ago 15
@TheSportCompact I find your accusations that Obama has committed "felonies" both atrocious and, frankly, untrue lies. Furthermore, these accusations are even more mind-boggling when you consider all the things the Bush administration perpetrated on the American people such as lying to the public to gain support for the Iraq War, phone-tapping US citizens, torturing people in Guantanamo. To even claim that Obama has done anything close to these actions is both ludicrous and delusional.
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 Atrocious & untrue? Operation Fast & Furious in which the ATF, CIA, FBI, DHS, & all the others took part in under presidential orders is treason under the law & was setup to end the 2nd Amendment! Invading Libya & wiping his ass with the Constitution claiming the UN gives him the authority to do so over it is treason under the law! Ordering the TSA to do what it is doing with the body scanners & grope searches is criminal. All of these three simple examples are felonies and factual!
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact TSA's been doing that since the Bush era.
catch up.
Bush targeting Iraq definitely violated a few laws. Hussein had very little to do with Al-Qaeda. Bush just wanted him dead. pretty sure that was illegal.
before you question just one president, you must question them all.
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@hocklax20 I notice you don't dare touch my response to your attack on the facts I put out here regarding you claiming the statement of Obama being a felon in his actions as President. You were the one to say they were atrocious and untrue lies, but yet you cannot dispute the facts that prove he is. I would like an apology for the personal attack on me for stating facts.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact That was an interesting response which really shows me the character of the type of person I am talking to. Do you mind elaborating or giving some type of hint as to what "felonies on felonies" Obama has committed? You gave one example of 'illegal searches," but where was this and when? Listen pyscho, I really hope you actually don't believe that Obama has committed FELONIES while in office because that would show just how delusional sad and pathetic you really are.
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 I stated them and you keep ignoring them. He committed fraud with his natural born status, his birth certificate, and his social security number, which in having that SSN , one issued to another he also committed identity theft. All of those are felonies. Operation Fast and Furious he illegally gave arms to Mexican drug cartels while trying to use it to destroy the 2nd Amendment then when ratted out enacts a cover up of the criminality citing national security, again felonies.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact clearly you didn't read up.
the gov't was under scrutiny for catching low-level gunrunners. so, the ATF said "fuckit, we're gonna do some big gun shit" and decided to allow Mexican gunrunners to buy weapons to link them to bigger organizations that supply the US with these guns and fuck all of our citizens up. i mean, if sting operations are felonies, just arrest the CIA and NCIS now. and, like, 30% of our military.
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@TheSportCompact also, it's definitely the right to bear arms within means. as in, it's the state's decision to figure out how to handle keepin' track of who owns a gun. buying guns as an unregistered gun owner is a felony. it's THOSE guys who ATF was trying to flush out .
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@hocklax20 Then he has violated the Logan Act more times then I wish to count, which is not only a felony, to do so could be considered treason in how he has violated it, another felony punishable by death. He operates without the consent of Congress which is why it makes it a violation. Not only that the Constitution prohibits the President from taking part in any foreign government or institutions which while in office. And when he oversaw the UN security council he violated that. Hows that?
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact Oh so you're "felonies on felonies" claim really boils down to him meeting with an Iraqi ambassador about bringing American troops home and that he operates without the consent of Congress? What the hell does that mean? Do you even understand how the federal government is set up? He can't pass legislation WITHOUT Congress. If anything, George Bush was the one who was overreaching in Presidential power. You really are an idiot, dude especially with that United Nations comment.
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 Actually no I wasn't and it wasn't about bringing troops home you idiot. The puppet masters who run Obama have no intentions of us leaving. Why do you think we have an embassy there larger then the Vatican City? Duh, to house the troops and act as a military base. I was talking about G20 and Bilderberg Group meetings. I do understand how the Federal Government works. Obviously you do not. When the President talks / negotiates with foreign interests, it must be with Congress' consent!
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact no intentions of us leaving? ...so why are the troops coming home then? T_T
so, the President has to ring Congress bells if he wants to go have tea with the Israeli prime minister and what not? negotiations, treaties, etc, that's one thing, but he met with an ambassador to talk about whether or not it would be safe to pull some troops back here, not to send a new influx of 'em.
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@hocklax20 And actually the President cannot pass legislation without Congress. It is Congress that can pass legislation without the President and does so by a 2/3rds majority vote after the President vetos it. Congress creates legislation and the President can sign it or veto it, not pass it on his own. Why do you think Obama has used Executive Orders to try to circumvent Congress you ass. Obama created the Council of Governors with executive order which is an illegal entity......
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact so, in other words, if Congress passes a bill that allows LGBT bashing, the Prez vetoes it, and Congress passes by 2/3, it becomes law? the Prez can't issue an executive order in the greater interest of the country? the country elected him, and if he believes he's working in the best interest, then swag him the fuck out.
if this was all such a big deal, these orders, he'd have been impeached already, don't you think?
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@hocklax20 Obama through Executive Order created the Super Congress which is illegal and unconstitutional to steal the power to create legislation away from it and did so very recently. As he also gave INTERPOL special privileges to operate within our boarders in violation of our sovereignty rights. I can go on too.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact and Bush was perfectly cool with illegal immigration searches and shit...I can go on as well. don't get me started.

@hocklax20 When you get schooled using the facts, I love how you just crawl away with your tail between your legs.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact If by facts you mean things that you just made up and aren't actually felonies then yes, in your delusional world I have been "schooled". LOL Man, you need to join me and everyone else in someplace called REALITY.
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 They are felonies and factual. As are the statements I made about the US government and how it is supposed to operate in regards to the President and Congress. Where you do not understand either, you are definitely not in reality. La la land yes, reality no! You can't see that though either because you have your head so far up your ass that you are starved for oxygen or it is because you are a paid disinformation puppet.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@hocklax20 You have nothing to argue against them and disprove what I have said so you resort to personal attacks which shows what a dumbed down, know nothing, lacking the intelligence to formulate an argument child you are. God help you because there is no way you can truly be a functioning member of society.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@TheSportCompact well... @hocklax20 is busy being a productive member of society and I have time to kill, can you prove that he issued an executive order to have the Navy SEALs murdered? honestly, you can have the argument if you're so hellbent on it, but...for one who has so much to argue...you haven't footnoted a damn thing.
Signed,

@TheSportCompact ...half of our presidents have done something without consulting Congress. what, you want him to sign and dot a letter to them whenever he has to pee?
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@TheSportCompact Bay of Pigs was technically illegal. I don't see anyone yapping anyone up about that.
Watergate was illegal. Nixon didn't serve jail time did he?
at least 50% of Reagan's policies were insane. he served for eight years, and we saw improvement in the economy directly following (due to some of those Reaganomics which weren't actually THAT despicable)...mind you, the '97 crash was due to the Gulf War.
that is all
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@hocklax20 How about the fraud he created that he supposedly caught Osama Bin Laden and the ordered murder of SEAL team 6, the only ones who knew the truth to cover up the fallacy and fraud he committed. How about every Executive Order he has signed, which it is every one of them, that piss on the Constitution of the United States and violate it, and it is the highest law in the land. Then there is the cover up he has perpetrated using the CIA to hide the truth about his status as American.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago 5
@hocklax20 I would go on, which I can, but then I would be showing how your choice of the race card is pathetic and a ploy to try to make us feel guilty.
TheSportCompact 5 months ago
@hocklax20 Yeah, we can't speak out against a black man because that makes us racist. Pulling the race card, is a trick used against people so they will not get involved in standing up against corruption because the man that is helping to corrupt happens to be black. Just like when he was running for president, all over the media people would be called racist because they did not want the black man to be president, even though their reasoning had nothing to do with race. It's all a game.
Nautical1994 5 months ago 3
@Nautical1994 Let's get real for a second here. If Obama was not black, there would never ever ever have been any controversy regarding his birth certificate at all. Period. So to say that I just pulled the race card when his race is so evidently the cause of the entire 'birther movement" is not only hysterical but it's also delusional. What's more delusional, however, is to claim that race has no impact on politics in this country. Please, join me for a second in a place called "reality."
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20
72Yonatan 5 months ago
@72Yonatan Sorry bro, I wasn't alive in the 1960's. I'm curious as the what evidence underlies your comment. What does it mean to "toe the line" for the military-industrial complex and what wars other than the Libyan intervention has promoted? It seems that you are the one not living in reality but instead you are concocting a false identity of Obamas actions based on your own assumptions about the world and preconceived conspiracy theories that have no merit based on the President's actions.
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 You are right, race does have an impact on politics in this country. You know why? Because if you don't like the one guy that happens to be of a different race, you are automatically racist according to most of Obama's supporters and the media. It was a strategy used to help his campaign, to get their person into office. Just because you want to know where a person of a different race was born, doesn't make you racist. What about the black people that want to see his certificate?
Nautical1994 5 months ago
@Nautical1994 the United States has an African-American population of roughly 40 million. (according to the Census, at least)
why's this one guy suddenly in question as to whether he's a citizen or not?
PS - your previous President was 43% Black. he has all his papers. no one questions him. your current one is only 50% Black. he has all his papers as well. suddenly, nothing's true. o_0
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@SimplyDeeJay Its more of a matter of color of skin, was Obama the first black president? Or was he the first with skin color which resembled a black person's? That's all anyone cares about unfortunately. Also his 'papers' have never checked out fully, there's always something wrong with them.
Nautical1994 1 month ago

Nautical1994 5 months ago
@Nautical1994 I concede that your point has merit to a certain extent. Look, we can go back and forth about different situations in which race may or may not play a role in politics, but it is obvious to me and any unbiased observer that Obama's race was and is the cause of so much of the hate-filled speech you have heard from Republicans over the last 3 years especially during the health care debate. To deny this would simply be to disregard reality and substitute it with lies.
hocklax20 5 months ago
@hocklax20 I think you may be blowing the racist thing out of proportion a little bit. Some of the people who brought his birth certificate into question may have been racist but now that we have seen it and it doesn't check out, other people who are not racist also want to know whats up. So maybe we should be thanking them for bringing it up, even though they may have did it for the wrong reasons. And please make sure future presidents meet all requirements, no matter what race they are.
Nautical1994 5 months ago
@hocklax20 people don't realize that race still dictates things.
so, so saddening.
they should look at the fact that there are people in my generation (i'm 21) who call MLK Day "Nigger Day."

To respond to what Alex Jones says at timing 1:17 where he says "We know that's a fake social security number". I would remind Alex that he doesn't "know" anything except what he sees on some web page, which doesn't mean it's true.

SuperPhdiva 5 months ago
What's the big deal with this stupid birth certificate topic? It's a complete waste of time. It has nothing to do with the issues or the Republicans shipping millions of jobs overseas. Do we really care if Obama's birth certificate was lost, or if Kenyans love Obama so much they will pretend he was actually born in Kenya, perhaps even creating a bogus BC to supposedly "prove it"?
How on earth does that have anything to do with the issues in America needing to be healed?
Rockguitarnow 5 months ago
@Rockguitarnow clinton started nafta...
lnclincoln 5 months ago
@Rockguitarnow
Well for starters...it has everything to with setting certain legal precedent that can then be further abused by people who are even further removed from the intentions of our founding fathers. Don't forget - it was a gradual departing from these values that has caused America to need to be healed to begin with. It isn't the importance of the certificate itself - its the relevance of how easily this uniquely unqualified individual ascended to the American presidency.
djlivingfire 5 months ago
@djlivingfire can you prove him unqualified? I mean...from what I've seen, I've been seeing slow but steady improvement over the last 12 months...especially economically. small victories. there are more jobs now than there were this time last year.
sadly, it looks pretty bad when we get dropped from standard and poor's =/ but that's because our economy just plain out blows, and it'll be decades before it's back where it was four or five years ago
SimplyDeeJay 1 month ago
@SimplyDeeJay Proof is difficult. It depends on what one is willing to believe. It seems fairly obvious that he was not born in the US and that disqualifies him right there. But more to the point, he is clearly unable or unwilling to tell the simple truth more often than not. He has broken almost every promise he made and delivered on a very small percentage of his platform. What he did deliver on, i.e. healthcare reform, was done so in clearly illegal fashion. Not so great.
