Well, according to the Minecraftforums, you can change a guinea pig's name by pressing Shift and right clicking, so I'm assuming that may work for the giraffe(or any animal for that matter) too. Hope that helps. And I almost died laughing from your Arnold Schwarzenegger impression. XD
