  • These are amazing, and I see above, you can even do these with a weight vest!... you might wanna try gymnastics as a sport. Can you even do a one arm chin up?

    lol I have weak shoulders, with both hands I can hit 8 pull ups and 12 chin ups. Gymnastics is tough, I can only do a gymnastic flair and a straddle planche.

  • Sorry buddy, but when you land down, you land with your knees and entire body on the ground, giving your one hand virtualy no weight to push upwards. The point of a push up is to stay rigid and keep your entire body off the ground, as it should be done with a one hand push-up. The jump and bend is just an added difficulty. Good concept, but you're far from doing it right.

    No need. I've seen some of your other videos and you've definitely have the core strength to do this one. If you can do 1 handed superman push ups than you can sure as hell do these. Just don't lose form ;)
