Yes the time does seem to carry on going. if u pause while playing it says how long you have left. i got to the treasure at 1 min and 12 seconds left i then started going collecting all loot, paused 20 seconds later to find i have 52 seconds to leave... :S lol

At 4:40 you can jump straight off the statue instead of jumping to the right, running up to the next pillars, cutting out some of the obstacles.

At 6:36 to the left of that gate is a stack of wood or something.. you can run straight to it, wall run up it and jump right.
