if the dwi laws were so stupid he wouldn't even be around if you drunk thats one thing but its getting to the point where if you have one sober driving and had close to nothing you still can get a dwi its stupid
How about letting the drunk driver take responsibility for their own actions! If they don't want a DWI, don't drink and drive...it really is that simple. An attorneys job is NOT to find a guilty defendant "not guilty". An attorney's job is to guide the lay person through the confusing legal system. Don't confuse the two. If they are guilty, they are guilty, and you know that 99.999 percent of your clients are guilty.
