Oh sorry for not adding a annotation... Well what you do is Hold "Shift" while "outlining" with the Rectangular Marquee tool... Another way to do what i did is select most of the inside of the inside and just Select Inverse....

What you do is you hold Shift+Click the last (Bottom) layer that you want merged then Right click then click on Merge layers.
Hope I helped I'll also add an annotation.
