It should also be noted that even if seeing a country from afar had anything to do with foreign policy experience, she would still only be looking at Siberia, a vast, icy wasteland which is barely populated. It seems pretty clear that she is not really in control of the issues. Can't blame her, she was living up in Alaska, which by its very size and proximity makes it kind of an insular place.
