  • These videos are priceless,,,thanks for all your work and please continue ,,,your newest follower,,,,ME

  • lol

  • the father of modern day capitalism, Adam smith, said that it's NOT the apex, the top that makes capitalism work. But, it's base. The workers that do the everyday jobs that this country needs. Don't tell conservatives that. They will never understand it!

  • OBAMA BLUES LINK

  • its socialism not free market

  • GoldMan SacKs

  • how gay is this? stupid

  • The 8 people that voted this down so far are 8 people that should disappear.

  • dissent through humor~love it~

  • Countries like North Korea, USA, Iran, etc are impoverished because of the massive corporate-military-welfare state. Hypocrite conservatards cry against "government intervention", but they mean ONLY government intervention like the EPA to protect people from pollution, dirty foods, banks from stealing everyone's money, animals from torture. They are all for gov't intervention to take freedoms away from prisoners, to outlaw marijuana and porn.

  • The people who blame socialism or socialists or Karl Marx have to understand:

only when Socialist and Marxist party members fill the halls of Congress at every level instead of Demopubs and Republicrats can you blame socialism or Marx or Marxists for anything. Marx's entire purpose was to shift payment from those who produced nothing but consumed/destroyed (owners) to those who did useful necessary work (workers) or sacrificed in some way (consumed less to preserve the environment).

  • The people who blame capitalism got to understand. The U.S. has not been a free market in the last 100 years. I guess you could call it pseudocaptilism or psuedosocialism depending on how you look at it. It was the solialist tendencies or government intervention over the past hundred years which caused the problem.

  • Regardless of your political persuasion or preference, I am of the opinion that no government is permanent and no economic system can sustain itself forever. with that said, why argue over which is better? if the inevitable collapse/reform must take place, why bother arguing over which is supposedly better? it will all end with either collapse, total reform or overhaul of any economic or political system. Am I right? if not, tell me why, I'd like to know your opinion. -SageofTalos

  • Haa, Haa, RIght On!

  • capitalism/corporatism - thats just semantics. The U.S. is not a communist country. We don't barter or buy things with cattle. And, its 90% non-socialist (your roads, libraries and public schools are all socialist). So, it IS capitalism, with a bent towards corporatism if you will.

  • I just don't get why all countries want to keep growing. We're all so concerned with growth that we forget to think about how that will effect us in the future. Earth's population is growing at roughly 2% per year that means that the population will double in 35 years. Good like finding the room, food, and gas and shit for all those people.

And if you believe those articles that keep saying we have enough resources for hundreds of years.. - the biggest problem is they say "at current levels".

  • Doesn't Obama have a few Goldman Sachs people in his administration? Answer: Yes...hypocrite.

  • I love how politicians like top invoke the deceased will's of the forefathers. If I may invoke their will myself: I'm sure they're rolling in their grave at how deeply we let corporation root itself into our legislative decision making.

  • perfect!

  • Top notch work... good story too.

    :D

  • yeah the problem is that a CAPITALIST system wouldn't ALLOW the bailouts. The bailouts were corporatism. NOT capitalism.

  • @drewd1987 agreed Capitalism would have let these giants fail. Someone would have eventually bought them out and learned a lesson form their demise. What was done can only be considered corporatism not capitalism. Or a hand out to the rich who screwed up.

  • true, but you can also take it one step further and say that if we had a truly free capitalist economy then we wouldn't have gotten into this mess in the first place. why? because the banks knew the government was going to bail them out so they had an insurance policy on taking bigger and bigger risks. its like if i went to a casino and gambled with my money. do you think id be more careful with my own money or if someone said i could spend theirs and keep all the profits with no losses.

  • @AussiePolitics Yes agreed. It's very similar to a16 year old girl with daddies credit card. She knows how much she is supposed to spend, but uses more anyways because "Daddy will take care of it".

  • @drewd1987

    Whats the difference?

  • @drewd1987

    Thank you!

  • @drewd1987 right lol no actually crisis is always apart of capitalism.

  • @ryler05

crisis is part of every system.

crisis happens in every system. the only thing is when it happens in socialism, the whole system collapses with no possibility of recovery

  • And that's why Iceland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, the U.K., etc. are all in the shitter, yeah?...

  • @SgtSanchez

Most EU countries and Canada have unsustainable deficits due to their overly socialist economies.

Riots in Greece & France, debt debacles of spain & portugal are just the beginning.

  • France is the world's fifth largest and wealthiest economy. It is the second largest economy in Europe in nominal terms. France's economy entered the 2008-2009 recession later and left it earlier than most comparable economies, only enduring four quarters of contraction. As of September 2010, France's economy has been growing continuously since the second quarter 2009.

That's according to Eurostat and World Bank statistics. You want to site your sources, saying 'Canada is collapsing'?

  • @amitp2 Unsustainable deficits? In 2007, Canada had a current account balance of 12 billions: that 12 billions and 1 cent, in American dollars, to be in the hole... O.k, Canada may not be that socialist, but Norway had 59 billions and still not really socialist... While USA had a negative 380 billions - who seem that have an unsustainable and structural deficits?

Do you mean debts? And do you mean mixed economy lead by social-democrat and liberal-progressive?

  • @ryler05 Yes, and somehow, talking about crisises had something todo with what he was saying, who, btw, was talking about bailouts. -_-

  • @ryler05 Crisis is always a part of life.

  • @ryler05 Capitalism is a profit and LOSS system. The loss part is just as if not more important than the profit part. Government bailouts and subsidies take away the loss part which creates the chaos. No company long standing company would take such reckless risks if they didn't have their buddies in the government to bail them out. Are you just a troll or do you really not know the difference between corporatism and capitalism? Read a book or something dude! Something besides Das Kapital!

  • @CelticKraut Yes like I said crisis is always apart of capitalism. LOL you just said it Capitalism is profit and LOSS the Loss is a CRISIS.

  • @ryler05 The loss weeds out inefficiencies and discourages other mal-investments. It's a self correcting system, just like nature. The losses are a necessary purging, else you end up like India subsidizing dead industries, which would be more socialism than corporatism but they are two sides of the same coin. Like when the automobile came along, tons of horse breeders and buggy manufacturers went out of business, many more jobs soon emerged in their places. Would you have

  • @drewd1987

    well said

  • @drewd1987 Someone give this man a medal!!

  • @drewd1987 well specifically it's Fascist corporatism, however that said Capitalism will always become Fascist corporatism in the end, because Capitalism makes greed "good" and as such government's greed will then always swing towards the largest corporations that supply them with the most funds.

As it goes, the real true Capitalism would do away with government as any form of government is at best socialist, however no government leads only to Anarchy, in other words capitalism doesn't work

  • @drewd1987 Capitalism leads Inevitably to Corporatism as the Capital is used to BUY the Guv to create favorable conditions for Big Business. Small Biz doesn't have the LEVERAGE ie- CA$H to buy the guv. so Big Biz always becomes Monopoly-the name of the game & logical conclusion of Capital-ISM- The Religion of Money, how Stupid is that? It's a Repeating Cycle & history clearly bears this out. Google Peter Joseph -Where Are We Going for some insight into this cycle.

  • @drewd1987 just you can't accept that capitalism will always collapse and will always be greedy

  • @drewd1987 No, I think that the problem is that a capitalist system most greatly rewards those members of society who are born wealthy, take unnecessary risks, and do no actual work, while giving nothing to the millions who work their asses off doing real, important tasks, like making food, or building homes.

Do firemen get paid millions every year? Do police officers? Do farmers? No, but basketball players do.

Capitalism can go fuck itself. That's just my opinion though.

  • @TheSmackerlacker People enjoy watching basketball so they pay people to play it, it's their money, their personal taste and their choice.

Basically you're saying Capitalism can go fuck itself because it allows people to pay for whatever they prefer, when the money they earn could go towards something that you prefer. I think it is you who should go fuck themself.

  • @BloodskullMannoroth Yes, that is what I'm saying. I think people should be doing what I prefer, that is to say, growing food, building shelters, making clothing... things like that.

Basketball is not important. When the basic necessities are provided, there will be plenty of time for basketball. Until then, basketball can go to Hell.

I don't care how good you play, or how many people watch. No one deserves to be paid that much.

No one becomes rich without exploiting someone. Wealth is a crime.

  • @TheSmackerlacker Life is valueless if you can't enjoy yourself. And how are these sportsmen exploiting people? I wonder if you're joking because your statement was so silly.

  • @BloodskullMannoroth There are two sources of wealth. Manpower, and natural resources, both of which are finite. Focusing on manpower, we can draw the obvious conclusion that every person is capable of doing a maximum possible amount of work.

Thus each person is capable of creating a maximum amount of wealth in a given time period. Most importantly, wealth is only created when useful work is done.

You can debate what the limit is, but it's well below a million dollars a year, if you ask me.

  • @drewd1987 Actually the Bail Out was a form of Socialism for the Wealthy. It really was. The average Joe gets put out in the cold so these guys can live nice. Done by the people in our Government. When the Government becomes one with the wealthy special interests, that is the very definition of Fascism .

  • @drewd1987 Its because the Republicans this whole crisis started, they wanted less rules for the corporations.

  • Great! Very creative and amusing as usual.

  • "You have reach a Bailout that is no longer in service!" Lol!

  • LOL, nice work on this 1.
