I lost all focus when I hear Derek say "I came out of here to be chief, and meredith complicates that" and actually yelled out "That McBastard!".. I really hope they have an explanation for that!
don't worry, i think Mer complicates that because before Mer his only goal was his career, now, with Mer, love is in the picture... i think (hope) it's not negative...
