You can find the Server Manager program usually in c:\program files\microsoft small business server\administration\launchconsole.exe". You can then simply re-pin it to the menu.
It is strange it isn't on the menu which may suggest further issues.
I do this as an aside. If I ever get enough funds then I will look at improving the quality of production but until then unfortunately you're stuck with this. Sorry.

I have a Question i have SBS 2003 but i dont have the option Server managment.
Anything i missed to get it?
Ill reinstall the server today since seems installation got many holes now.
