I actually watched the entire Cavalcade and this showed up near the end and I understood why. This joke was more directed at the entire DVD itself and Seth knew that. This entire hour long DVD is simply not funny at all.

I don't know, I mean, you get some pluses like the beautiful coastline, but personally I think the actual cityscape isn't what it used to be. The buildings have over time become dilapidated, like an old hooker who should of quit twenty years ago.
