You can also be thrown up and go into a pike position.. But other wise that's not a pike

That is not a pike a pike is when u jump up off the ground or spring board and put both legs together and straight then land with straight legs

if you took much faster bounces instead of bounce bounce bounce bounce it would be way easier , trust , i know this from experience . :p

If you take less bounces in between your bases will be less tires n u will get a more powerful bounce for you full extension x
