@Peztu1 I have Borderlands and COD:WaW. I enjoy both a lot. I prefer the CODs set in the past to the modern warfare ones. Personal preference. I like the WW2 levels in WaW and the Nam levels in Black Ops. Borderlands is very addictive, and there's a shedload of guns to collect.

@bringoutthebutch Borderlands is worth getting. There are RPG elements, like quests, levelling up, etc, though not so much as Fallout. Borderlands is more action oriented. I have FO3, New Vegas, and Borderlands and enjoy all of them. Fallout 3 is one of my favourite games of all time, though Borderlands is still a lot of fun

I was thinking of buying MW3 when it comes out but I saw a review on borderlands 2 coming out and it was said this game is worth buying / playing. But is it better than the COD franchise funwise? @xanderdude123 Defiantly mw3. Way better shooting engine. Multilayer will be amazing and the storyline is priceless. Have a look at the multilayer trailers and wait a couple of days after it has been released and look at some game plays on YouTube.

@xanderdude123 If you haven't played any CODs before, maybe pick up MW3. But for me, it's all becoming very samey due to Activision's greed. They insist on a new game every year. And it's just more of the same, with the same engine we've seen since COD4. There hasn't been a year without a COD game since 2004. Borderlands is an original IP. Although it has similarities to other series like Fallout, Borderlands is very much its own thing. I prefer it to COD. Your mileage may vary.

on PC I got a level 67, 39, and a level 12 I'm playing with my friend to beat the game together. :) We love this game, lol

I love this game. It is the best game I have ever played and will always be the best, I REALLY hope they make a part two. I've been hearing a lot about the trademark owned by Gearbox, "Borderworlds" I hear tons of of rumors that it is the, "Borderlands2" but I won't believe it untill Gearbox officially announces it.

It depends on if you're into FPS and experience-based leveling but in my opinion I'd say hell yes, this is one of the best games I've played in the last 5 years, it's more fun to play with someone you know online, but all-in-all I'd give it like a 9/10 maybe even a 10/10, it's challenging and fun.

not at all, The art style is more of a "concept" art style, but if you are comparing it to "photo-real" graphics then I guess you could call them "cartoony".

It has photoreal effects(God rays and other lighting) with cartoon textures I guess you could say.

I'm playing through this as Roland with a friend. We just beat it once and we're going to go through and play it again. We're both at lvl 36 or 37. Amazing game. Our only problem was finding snipers with more than 1.0 zoom. Not an easy task. It was easier to find revolvers with 4.0+ zoom. Yeah I dont get that.

The soldier deploys a sentry turret, the siren goes invisible, the hunter sends a bird at you and the berserker goes berserker and punches people
