how do u do these animations?

I use a method of animation called 'stop motion animation' in which I move the LEGO figures a tiny bit, then capture a frame with my digital webcam, then I move the LEGO figure a little more, and capture another frame. After I have captured fifteen frames I put them together into a video file that plays the frames at a rate of fifteen frames per second, which gives the illusion that the LEGO figure is moving.
