Me and my friend concluded that in order to do this laugh you must be either rich or have curls like that. Karin Kanzuki does it. Tron Bonne does it. Some chick in a hentai does it. How come I can only find a clip of this one?
@foghorn2002 also renge from ouran, naga whitesnake from slayers, satoko from "higurashi no nako no koro ni", kodachi tatewaki from ranma(and the worst part is that she does not stop in a place to laugh, she is laughing during all her jumps and all her way back home), emeraude from sailor moon, that blonde rich girl from tokyo mew mew( i hate that series, not gonna search names), ritsu from k-on can do that laugh but she is just making fun of it -brain turns off- well, that's all i remember
Well when I posted this little clip I did it to show a girl I know; she did the same laugh infornt of people shes knows at canadas wonderland,and we laughed are buts off cause it was an inside joke.
