@Mustadio I think you are talking about the underground mushroom biome. It isn't part of the corruption, because all corruption is made of Ebstone or such.

The speed and range of the notes also depend on the pitch, so if you hold your mouse as far away from the player and use the harp, the notes will travel further and faster.
