@tmtyler I've seen someone who is more than fine and probably like myself, and he and I both believe that it is bad information given to us at an early age, rather than a genetic mishap (which was suspected in both of us by our families and possibly other people). The presumption that it was due to bad information turned out to be absolutely right in his case, and I'm very very sure that the same applies to me and you. Enjoy :)
Does the company have to have the software to run itself to be considered self improving, though? It has to be able to successfully hire people with the capabilities and intentions to promote itself. Otherwise, what's the difference between a company and a library?
A company "improving" itself (what is improvement?) is as much of a self improving system as a stone age tribe is.
