I went and bought "50inchvertical [dot] com" meant for my own 15 year old son wanting to come across a nice training plan for him. The program not only kept him fit, it actually has offered him alot more self-confidence. He likes the ability to show his pals how much higher he is able to leap and his overall game has boosted enough that he is now the best player on the school squad.
