What's being pointed out is that using scriptures, or anything for that matter, as an excuse for hate is silly. "If you do it to the least of these my brothers you have done it to me". Violence is violence. Hiding behind one's own literal interpretation of scripture does not change that.

When you clear your mind, such as in this form of meditation, you open a gateway for demons to enter and take captive your mind and soul. Rather, fill your mind with the teachings of Christ Jesus, because he is the spiritual gateway, and only by Jesus can any person truly be free and find peace. :) Not to mention absolving of sin. Meditation sweeps out the squatters and debris (demons) from the temple (body). You open the gateway for demons when your mind is restless and is consumed by greediness, violence, consumption of alcohol, drugs, stimulants, flesh and blood! Meditation, yoga exercises, compassion towards all creatures, and a vegetarian diet repel the demons you are talking about. When you slaughter or consume that pig or chicken that's sinning because you are feeding the demons in your temple! Even Jesus meditated

well you can meditate like that if you want. Your choice. But any Christian who meditates in such fashion, does in fact open the gateway for a false spirit to enter. Jesus said you can eat all things with prayer and thanksgiving because what does into the mouth is not what makes a person unclean, it is what is in his heart (and the lack of God). Jesus meditated on the Scriptures, not in eastern religion, so don't confuse the two. A vegetarian diet doesn't do anything more than make soft stool
