While it is fine that you don't agree with gay marriage, it is not fine that people like you continue to press against homosexual marriage and persecute them. I think something is being misunderstood. Atheists object not to people of faith but rather the things being proposed: -Homosexuality is a sin. -We all deserve damnation. -Creationism is a science. -We have no basis for ethics and morality without god. -We work for the devil. -etc. We (or at least I) don't really care what you believe (we have no hell anyhow). Very good analysis of tolerance. However it could have been rendered moot by looking 'tolerance' up in the dictionary. Is there really that much confusion on the meaning of tolerance for christians?
Ofcourse there is confusion. They had to re-hash the meaning of tolerance throughout the ages. the crusades, the inquisition, ben stein, ken ham... etc etc.
