I played this game like 10 years ago when I was still a kid, the very moment this battle theme started playing I was petrified. This theme, Corst appearance and attacks aswell as the fact that I was crazy underleveled and had to bite my way through this battle, taking way over an hour to actually beat him down, that's what made Legend of Legaia so special to me.

I was a little kid when this game came out... and I was absolutely entranced by it... I think this may have been what got me the most into RPGs.

The Bio Castle theme is actually different from Cort's theme. There very similar though. I think before the battle with Cort may be a simplified version of what plays in Bio Castle.

I have still never been able to find the music for the final dungeon within Juggernaut... <--- this makes me sad...

The first time I played this game was at my friend's house. I had to try and help him beat it, so we could upgrade to Legends of Dragoon. xP

when I bought this it was my favorite rpg for years to come. I had lots of trouble on the berserker, the green guy eating the genesis tree on top of the tower, as well as the last songi battle. the side quests are fun too....I LOVED fishing (=

haha, nice comment. I had a lot of trouble with Songi too the last time. I made it to him without Gala knowing miracle arts once. Took me about ten tries and thank god for Horn, but I beat him. and Fishing.... all i can say is I think I will have arthritis later in life because of it. haha

can anyone remember an old PS1 game, the game is a First-Person View, where there is a white cross

at the middle of the screen used for action, the game has no high sound-level music,

the game starts by someone lefting you at some old house, you enter the house and go into a painting,

it takes you to a ship in the sea .. in the game you see ghosts mostly .. on the ship you never see other

humans .. and there are alot of weird mysteries to solve,

you are right, and it is a first-person, this game is more scary than horror movies and known horror games .. without the need to add any horror effects, it make you feel like walking alone in a place empty of humans.

The people that criticize Legaia's music either have terrible speakers (Legaia uses a lot of bassier tones that would not sound so well on bad speakers) or are used to old school final fantasy and cannot consider anything else good.

Legaia has my favorite RPG music ever.

It's not my game...but technically you could level up like crazy if you go to a high level area near a source of healing -- or just wait for crimson books; you'd be surprised how fast you can level up in this game way at the end of it

sorry, I played this game not too long ago, and while I obvously knew what I was doing more so then when I was 9, it's still a pretty tricky game.

@Bayonet300 When you use gameshark on these games your level doesn't change but you just have super strength. At least in my experience

I've played Parasite Eve. It doesn't have a lot of music at all. It's mostly reused music for every place and sometimes there's no music at all. At least Legend of Legaia had a little more music.
