I follow the obvious chemtrail "program" in the area that I live in. Last week was full of clear blue skies for about 4 days and I didn't see a single chemtrail. I did however see several regular contrails that dissipated no more than 4 minutes after being produced. The moment that there were natural cirrus clouds in the sky, the planes began to spray. The trails stayed for literally 1hr 30m until they actually looked like cirrus clouds. They spray heaviest right before predicted rainfall.

Yes, makes me wonder! Theres nothing stopping them from spraying a strain of a virus or sumthing like that.. They could spread avian flu world-wide within hours! That would kill Billions at any given time if they choose to..

or WHEN the choose to, its just a matter of time befor they start reducing the pop. 1 way or another!
