People think it would be easy to just have changable plates, but it's actuallly very hard, you would then have to design a way for the slots to fit in, but have no gaps or be to small - thus making the food unevenly cooked.

You can tell that a guy is doing this, or a guy was the one that prepared all of the items for the video. (1) You don't use a dry measuring cup for liquids... (2) ALWAYS crack the egg into a separate bowl and don't just drop it into the bowl on top of all of the other stuff!

@lorceie Thats some kind of sexism there! (1) The purpose of the video is to make it look simple, so they wouldn't want to complicate the recipe steps. (2) I'm a guy, I bake my cupcake from scratch, raising them with egg white foam. It works, they are crazy soft and good. (3) I know a lot of girl that cook like the person in the video or worse. (4) That machine is a useless gadget anyway, the cupcake that come out look pretty horrible.
