Car door won't last. At least not my car door, so I wouldn't be doing that with my car. This just seems like unecessary abuse of your your car, considering there are better things you can use. For dips I like to use chairs, or even tables, or a chair and a table(if they're at equal height). Chairs work well with onearm push-ups progressions, as well.
Parks are yet another perfect spot, and usually every park has several dip and pull-up stations.
interesting workout using traditional routines with unconventional weight training objects. doesn't lifting a bicycle the way you did throw off the weight balance as the rear would weigh more than the front therefore leading to an uneven muscle development?
