  • epic sleeper

  • That sound gave me a boner... :)

  • @canthony1019 Yeah, big time understeer - then touch the throttle and big time oversteer - all within point-5 seconds... lol...

  • I'm sure that HUGE motor does wonders for the weight distribution and handling... lol...

  • @marcomariaz26 fuck handling you want straight line performance in a car like this

  • @marcomariaz26 its aluminum!

  • Nice Really nasty sounding.

  • @russnord no shit, OHV big cubes big heads big cams...not ohc...

  • @vipexperformance im `17 and sure as hell know what a cleveland stroker is. id have to agree most of the asswipes i go to school with now dont know anything besides LED tail lights fart can mufflers and tint.

Pisses me off that people are ignorant but whatever you cant change the world.

  • its cool that he through something vintage in a newer car but lets be honest that motor was meant for a vintage mustang... just not as cool in a S197

  • @91fiveohnotch Dude thats pure power, those engines were way different than the engines we have now.

  • brand new v6 mustang is $20,000 (no options). cheaper than fixing a bent rusty mustang shell to the same condition or a mustang gt is $50,000 (no options) for around gt money he got a better deal.

  • @fomocoboy A base Gt is not $50k, they start at $29k and with not many fanboy options, you have a nice 5.0 GT with 3.73 gears and exterior body mods for $33k. The only mustands that are $50k or even anywhere close is the GT500 starting at $48k.

  • I got a 97 with a 650

  • @Channingdip lol, just a few tens of thousands of dollars into it no wonder you couldn't afford a camera :)

  • You can tell the driver was there for the 50's - 70's where engine size mattered. Wish I was there for those ages. The wars between the best muscle.

  • i wonder how many horses are running underneath taht hood?

  • In a V6... lol could have saved time and money by buying a GT. Bad ass though!

  • @fireplay20 a 3v GT would not even compare, or even come close to this motor.

  • Like a BOSS!

  • i'm glad someone knows what to do with those mod motors.

  • @drewsky121 Its not a mod motor bud. Its a lima series shotgun hemi by John Kaase.

  • @vipexperformance you apparently didn't catch on to the sarcasm there, my point exactly. they know what to do with the mod motor, toss it out.

  • @drewsky121 I hear ya. But do you really think that with the advent of the coyote mod motor? - especially the 440 hp BOSS 5.0 - it has a pretty fat torque curve and is safe at 8000. Pretty stout. I love the shotgun hemi by the coyote is pretty nice.

  • @vipexperformance To be honest, i'm just a general pushrod guy.. i build engines for a living and while the coyote motor is a stout motor and great platform, i'd rather just throw in the old pushrod.

  • @drewsky121 I like those too - kinda partial to windsor strokers. I have a cleveland stroker in my 66. Most new kids have never heard of it.

  • @vipexperformance haha and most of them never will, kind of sad.

  • @vipexperformance If this is a Kaase Boss 9 525 then this motor is making around 800hp through a single carb with decent street manners. Coyote may be a great motor from factor for todays cars, but still not even in the same league as the Shotgun hemi. Don't see the coyote being banned from racing events because it's an unfair advantage LOL.

  • @BigRed10287 well said - I am a big fan of the shotgun - especially with John Kaase putting it together.

  • @vipexperformance Agreed. My little brother and I are building a 347 for his 67 Cougar right now, but I'm still trying to convince him that we still need a 600ci BOSS 6 LOL.

  • That's about 8.5 liters. Damn

  • I. Want. That.

  • Dear Santa....

  • Awesome car...I can see the guy struggle with manual steering. lol

  • what kinda wheels are those??

  • who woulda thought you could make a sleeper mustang... put some quiet street exhaust on that with electronic dumps and go stoplight some ricers and camaros

  • nice car, lookn 4 somethin to eat...

  • And in a V6 shell... Awesome. Love that sound!

  • @spamcans05 But the lope gave up the dope.

  • Man it even sounds like an old school Stang. Beast!

  • I wish ford would remake their boss 429 with direct injection & variable timing xD my father had a 427 sohc in a 78 stepside when I was a kid... & wow they are amazing engines :) It ruined my car experience.. being the first vehicle ever to drive XD now I drive an acura tsx.... ;(

  • @deadcell85 so build a sn95 cobra with that engine. come on man i feel ya my dad had a 65 mustang for 38 years sold it for financial reason for a house after divorce. He got it with a straight 6 when he was in military then got a 351 out of mach 1 then did more mods bought other mustang to build his. and end up getting motor bored and stroked to 408. broke it in 2 months later metal shaving were found company that did motor work was shut down. sold car to friend. but ima buy it back.

  • I wonder what kind of horse power this car is making.. I sounds monsterous.

  • @jmwilli0577 Agreed!!! i wanna know!!

  • @jmwilli0577 I read about this a while back. Made almost 900 with huge cam, put smaller cam in and made 750hp.

  • @irvinemuscles 150hp difference from a cam?!?

  • @bad65stang Maybe not that much, but i think it was close to 100hp

  • @jmwilli0577 758hp and 660 lb/ft of torque, it's in the April 2012 issue of Car Craft Magazine

  • I NEED to see more video's of this car!!! I know somebody out there has to have more vids of this car! Also I think this beauty needs to make it to MUSTANG WEEK!! I would love to see this car in person!

  • Oh MY God!! You are my hero. Your set up is exactly what I eventually want to do with my 07. Your car sounds amazing.

  • @07vistablueOUTLAW id like to do something to my 08 gt in the future too! but what to do with the 4.6 3v in the mean time....?

  • @mynameisdanxyz123 you could give it to me so i can replace my 2v...just a thought, or you could throw a blower on and enjoy 500ish whp till you can do a crazy build like this one
