first off, i love ben weasel. i think he made a mistake and he has appologized for it. that being said, i saw the video of what happened and i gotta admit- what bothers me the most is what led up to the "fight". ben spouting off about how much he was getting paid, how many posers and opportunists were at the event, etc, etc. wtf?? remember ben's lyrics: "the show should be 5 bucks or less and do it for the kids?" if you dont want to get paid $250 then dont book it. but dont take it out on us

@scion6221 We're lovers!!! Weasel is one of my favorite bands. I just think that this song kinda sucks. But it's growing on me since I'm back here. But ye all that to say that Weasel isn't what it used to be.
Lets not go overboard. what this song lacks musically it makes up in lyrics. the rest of the ep is much more musically interesting in pretty much every aspect. Ben Weasels still the shit

I don't know. The lyrics sound a little whiny and obvious to me, it just sounds like Ben Weasel making a joke out of himself really. I think this lowers my esteem of him more than the actual hitting women part. Ah well, Screeching Weasel hasn't been what it used to be ever since Juggy left.
You should make a lyric video for this work of genius. To make sure everyone understands the importance of this song. It should also include fat Mike and the first world manifesto band hanging their heads in shame
