If you look at interviews with him and stuff , he said a couple times this is what he wanted. he wanted to create an unstoppable force, thus , dd was born.

@bosspirnie Yeah live is never as precise as the studio, but the studio lacks the reality of live music (feedback, intensity, crowd interaction and emotion). I remember seeing Pantera and Slayer live, that was an intense show! I also saw Devil Driver with Gwar in San Diego and they sounded badass!
