Nobody said YouTube is for Chinese people ONLY. It just happen that this video is commentated by a Hong Kong/Cantonese commentator and this video is circulated alot more in Chinese speaking areas thus the comments are predominantly in simpl/trad Chinese. There are plenty of "English comments" out there if this makes you feel better.
