I've noticed with the elongated bowls your crap just piles up on the dry part of the bowl and stinks more than if submerged in water and then if you're lucky it will slide off when flushed, but this usually doesn't happen, so keep a toilet bush nearby. I know, very gross, but true.
Which Toilet do you think is better, the round one, or the elongated cadet 3? I like the fast flush, and the sound at the end with the round one, and was wondering if you think the elongated is the same.
@starlitetonight From my experience the round bowl has a more superior flush, though some round bowls are better than others. The flush is faster and there's more suction (gurgle) than with elongated models. Just compare the two round bowls I have posted with several of the elongated ones I posted. There's obviously better performance with the round bowls. Round is faster than elongated and more powerful. I think the best one I've seen was the first one I posted back in '06. Fast flush and loud.
In a round bowl...a mans "junk" winds up rubbing on the toilet seat, and on some, the bowl itself... So I MUCH prefer the elongated bowl. It is also easier for a small child to use. Check out the American Standard Champion 4 if you are worried about having a flushing problem with the cadet three elongated bowl.
@starlitetonight Sanders How long have you had your cadet3 because I have noticed some brownish toilet bowl stains in the toilet where the water level would be. Is this a touchy situation on what to use for the ever clean surface
@starlitetonight I've had it since March of last year. The reason I already had a ring around the bowl in July of last year is because I have well water, which contains alot of rust. The rust comes through the water supply if we don't have any salt rocks in the well to filter it out and keep stains down. In the other house I lived in which had a Cadet 3 as well, the toilet stayed pretty clean for a good while, but we had city water which is better than well water. It's cleaner.
Not the one that was here before because I dumped it. Same for the one the Monarch replaced. I still have the one the Drake replaced, which is the only one of the three I didn't get a video of. But I'm keeping it in case I ever move I can take my precious Drake with me and put the Plebe back.
