  • I say good sir hear hear

  • thank you for all of them

  • thanks fore episode

  • Beautiful, beautiful song. Do any of you know if John Tams has recorded it? I need to get some of his CD's. I assume he has them? Thanks gang. :) Songs

  • I always feel saddened when I hear "Over the hills and far away" and see the credits.

  • That song. Isn't that Hagman? Sounds like.

  • @Songsmirth It is. The guy that plays Hagman is John Tams, english folk singer.

  • She's really cute, no wonder William was so pissed, I'd be too.

  • @SpinDizzyMR Why. Just because she's pretty. William deserves her because she's pretty and Sharpe was his friend? I get sick of how men think of women. They still, still are graded by their looks. And William's looks? Had she been as ugly as William no man would want her according to this author. So pathetic that you men grade women on looks alone. I've seen men who are unappealing who think because of their position that they have a right to the most beautiful of women. How hollow is that?

  • @Songsmirth

She's not just pretty, she has a warm personality, a gentile way about her, quite a lady.

Men may be more inclined to go for looks but at least there's an honesty about it, it is in our biology after all.

What do young women go for today, let's see, throw themselves at someone with loads of money, even if they cheat on them, or failing that get pregnant to get a free house, then wonder why no one else will go out will go out with them and raise some other morons kids.

  • @SpinDizzyMR I can understand what you say about the pretty part. That men are predisposed that way. But the other. . I seriously feel sad for you if those are the only kinds of women you know. Be fair and don't judge all of us by them. It's not why I married my husband 39 years ago and am still married. We need security for the babies we give you. That's understandable don't you think? Sounds like the ones you know take it over the top. Sorry. There are decent women out there.

  • @SpinDizzyMR you appear to have a very narrow view of women.

  • O'sweet william

  • Louis-Phillipe wasn't until 1830

  • @SixFootBabyStudios Yes, you're right. The king after Napoleon was Louis Ferdinand, who was known as Louis XVIII. He was Louis XVI's younger brother. After Louis XVIII was Charles X, who was the youngest brother of both. After him was Louis-Phillipe; he was the last Monarch of France (if you don't count Napoleon III) and he reigned from 1830 until the revolution of 1848. They are off by 15 years here. Good observation!

  • loves farewell by john tams. such a good song

  • It has NEVER done a better series or film than sharpe , i thanks the actors who did this film with whole my heart.

    I love this film.

    You should have lived then!

Tributes to worlds best series and FILM - SHARPE.

  • he wears a loaded Pistol in bed?

I dont think that was very safe with this kind of weapons back then

  • @DerOrk yes i agreee with you , the weapons then was not so effective , but i should really like to shoot with the guns , pistol, rifle, musket ans fight with sword and so on.

  • I can't really blame any of them- Richard, Lucille, or Sweet William. Jane, however, I can blame heartily...

  • So what the fuck ever happened to Sharpe's baby? He just forget about her?

  • @MajBlood i wonder that to

  • Why doesn't Sharpe just give Lucille to Frederickson? And why doesn't Frederickson kill Sharpe?

  • sharpe got his revenge in the end, he married jane in real life then divorced her 3 years later lol

  • @grendel2012 um sharpe wasnt real :s

  • @therealdooty HERESY!

  • @Ironzealot7531 awsum movie tho. duno wich is my fav. bu da new 1s suck :( they took da first 2 books and adapted them and theyr just crap. they should have just done them in the right order first time round

  • @therealdooty ..um,the actors are real though...Sean Bean married Abigail watserface..in real life.....

  • @2manynegativewaves reli?? wow didnt no that

  • @therealdooty yes he WAS REAL.

    Read the history.

A man called Richard Sharpe has served in the rifles and briitish army in Napoleon war.

The scenes in the film maybe not are true but SHARPE is.

I promise. I have reed about it.

  • @Totalwarbest sharpe was fiction mate. bernard cornwall made him up. if you real the bit at the end of the book he always gives the historical references. he says the battles and events where real but sharpe is made up. anybody with the name sharpe during the time is coincedence. i promise u. its fake

  • @therealdooty ohh..thats a shame... i wish he has lived it should be nice!

  • @grendel2012 hahahah lol

  • I could have sworn somebody was sitting in that chair behinds the curtains...lol

  • Sharpie's a coming Jane. And he's pissed. Watch your back. Too bad about Freddy (Sweet William). Women always go for the lookers.

  • Sharpie's a coming Jane. And he's pissed. Watch your back.

  • now they need to make a series about sweet william in court

  • King Louis Philippe? What year is this supposed to be?

  • @TarEldamir 1814.

  • Just a thought... I thought Sharpe disliked and was bad at riding... yet he seemed quite at home in the saddle when he rode away with Harps... Well anyway I like the Sharpe series though I prefer the books, the movies are quite entertaining :D

  • Hagman singing in the background at the end there :D

  • I hate Sharpe for not letting sweet william have this one girl. She was the one woman for him, why couldnt Sharpe respect that.

  • Sharpe had no idea to begin with, and she didn't actually care for Frederick. It's unfortunate, but what was Sharpe to do?

  • @FSMUnicorn She told him that she thought Frederickson asked her to marry him.

  • Jane the slag.

  • Video doesn't work

  • Like TheCorsair, I'm a bit confused. Louis XVIII grotesquely succeeded Napoleon, followed by Charles X , then Louis Phillipe. Doesn't make much difference I suppose but it's an odd sort of oversight for a series that paid so much attention to other historical detail. Don't care really ... love Sharpe even if they'd said the Duke of Windsor was king if France.

  • ooh, at 4:08, when she's running, watch them jiggle

  • Louis Philippe ? actualy its Louis XVIII born as Louis Stanislas Xavier...

Louis-Philippe he's suppose to be crown as "king of the french" in 1830 not 1814

might be just a detail but 1830 it's not the napoleonic wars anymore.

  • @TheCorsair13 thank you, i hoped that i was not the only one who noticed that

  • I think Lucille is my favorite of all of his girls...

  • @mrsdinozzoNCIS eh, i still prefer the spanish guerilla one

  • @mrsdinozzoNCIS Teresa is the best, shame she was killed.

  • No Chosen men in this one... :-/

  • @MidnighWolf chosen men arnt actually that big a part of the books.

  • ShinigamiTiger99, as usual a greta post. Thank you.

  • jane is paronoi because of sharpe's

  • Sweet William as a lawyer...now that is a story...

  • I deeply appreciate this posting, because in America there were only several Sharpe's episodes that were aired.

We only get two or four episodes every three years.

  • Try your local library i got the whole series at mine

  • Could someone please tell me the name of the beautiful song John Tams sings when Sharpe is kissing Lucille goodbye?

    @ 3:20, I love it.

  • It's called "Love Farewell" - lovely song, I agree.

  • you're right, simply stunning

john tams is such a great singer...

  • I know how Fredrickson feels. I'm glad that he and Sharpe parted still as friends, unlike in the book.

  • @alexkrycek21 what happened in the book?

  • @tahmina1800 Basically the book ended at Calais where Sharpe revealed to Fredrickson for the first time that he loved Lucille and was going to live in Normandy with her and would not be to returning to London. Fredrickson doesn't take kindly to this and they part on bad terms.

  • @alexkrycek21 aww thank u :)

  • does anyone see the irony in sharpes and lucilles love. her husband killed at Talavera and sharpe commanded troops in that battle possibly responsible for her husbands death. i love it

  • feel sorry for Frederickson but think he realises she didn't care for him.. and think Sharpe has an idea now about

what kind of woman Jane really is... Lucille is the better

    woman for Sharpe.

big Thanks Tiger for uploading these great episodes!

  • @lamoinette23 Lucille didn't seem to care at all about Fredrickson being hurt. At least Sharpe showed some regret. I thought that was odd.

  • @Coleburg why would she care the cow, shes got what she wanted.

  • Dick move, Sharpe. Dick move.

  • i feel so sorry for frederikson

  • Lucille was waaaaaaaaayyy outa his league!!

  • guess sharpe was'nt so honorable after all...

    thanks ShinigamiTiger99 a pleasure

  • Not happy. Poor Fredrickson. Everything is ruined.

  • That french girl is hot.

  • ohhhh.......... nice one ShinigamiTiger99 thanks for uploading the vids

  • Sweet William Attorney at Law

  • Hell yeah. I'd hire him! I love Sweet William!

  • I can't believe how much of a douchebag both jane and sharpe are in this.

  • such top notch programming, thanks for uploading them, sharpes revenge is my favourite.

  • So after everything, Frederickson gets jack?

    What a bunch of crap!

Tiger, reupload revenge part 9. It's been taken down.

  • thank you so much for your fine effort in uploading your videos. it has been a pleasure watching these episodes.

  • WOW!! enemies become allies!!!!

  • Thanks so much. I cant wait for Sharpe's Justice.

  • is this the next episode? very compelling, thanks for the uploads, take care.

  • @biggum384 Sharpe's justice would have been ten times better with Fredrickson!
