New magicians should not spend hours practicing their pass. It's an overrated sleight. You should fully master at least 10 other methods to control cards before even worrying about this move. That being said, this guy is really good.
There are a couple of flash points you should work on. The first would be the back corner of the top packet. next. THe steal of the top packet when it goes around.
im a beginner magician and im trying to learn hwo to do the pass without people seeing it.... im buildinmg up speed but i think its my skill of covering it up with flourishes and my angles :(
For the record, his passes aren't that good. Look at Akira Fuji or kammagic's
