cool sergei, but you do eat cooked food and its no crime doing that. i just feel that a lot of peeps watching this vid will think your getting your calories from greens or nuts if you aint getting them from fruit. but we know if we dont get enough carbs from fruit, nuts and greens wont supply and cooked food quickly comes back on the menu.

if one wants to succeed on a 100% raw vegan lifestyle with abundant health and fitness, eating more than a lb of fruit in a sitting is imperative.

Very creative! the fruit turning into alcohol is not right and no need for the suggestive cussing, it detracts from it. I'd focus on the nutrients, more oxygen in the body, how good it is for nature and the animals, how good it feels. Still, I enjoyed it! :) Thank you!
