I had the pleasure of sharing a lift home from the Curragh with Barney a few years ago. We stopped in Cavan town for a meal which he paid for, he is a true gentleman and one if not the premier punters in gambling history. The ability to subsequently make an entire ring of bookies knees bend all at the same time just on site of him!!
