the last time i went to the emergency room (and not a clinic) was 3 years ago becuase i had severed an artery in my thumb with a engraving tool, i had to wait 5 hours before i was seen and 2 more hours before they would treat me. the last time i went to a clinic was a couple weeks ago and i had to wait 3 hours to be seen and an additional hour to find out i had upper resperatory and bronchitis.

there are maybe 4 or 5 furry artists that ive ever seen that exhibited anything near technical knowledge, usually its aquired from photoshop shading effects demos and really has no value as its copied directly. even then its going to be lacking on originality and typicaly the better the artistic skill of the furry the more fucked up they are, see karabiner and zen, both increadibly fucked up having mild artistic skill and nothing to do with it.

I don't see how you can claim a reality as false, when if it is indeed an individuals reality then it is very real to them. I think you are implying that what society as a whole deems "normal" in that particular decade (because that ideal changes) is correct and any other mannerisms and trends are degradation. Reminds me of I was introduced to Wendell Washer. when I last saw him he was washed out. It was as if he knew what he and his colleges(some of whom did yiff prons) at Disney unleashed to the world via Toon Disney and was rather startled when my friend told him that I was interested in animation.
He was like 'not again, not again, not again.....' . and quickly thrust a DVD into my hands and made his way out the door.

Extending on of your arguments, the furry fandom is just a little piece of a larger cultural problem that involves the deliberate denial of and escape from reality. People have convinced themselves there is no looming environmental catastrophe which will cause nuclear war and mass genocide and starvation; they have convinced themselves that Obama is not a puppet of the corporate state. And some, like furries, have convinced themselves they are something other than what they actually are.

global warming is real, dispite a low of decades theoverall temp has increased from that of the annual temps of the past couple hundred years having been roughly stable before that. nasa geologists and climatologists are the one who say that. and sunspots dont cause heating and cooling, and if it did the temps would be cyclical, which they arent, they are on a constant upward trend.
