  • Hi Paul great vids. I'm after some advice. About 4-5 years ago I was shredded and doing approx 500-600 push up and 400-500 sit-ups every day plus weight training and weighed about 12stone. However after a depressing time in my life I stopped it all and drank and ate crap all day! I put on about 5 stone in 2-3years and now weigh 17stone (all fat) give or take. Im now getting back into weight training and wanted to know what supplements would be best (protein, creatine, whey etc...) and which one

  • great vid!

  • @zombiekicker first of all, massive congrats to that, now in terms of helping you do pullups, there are 2 things you can do, use an assist, i.e. hang down, bend the knees and get someone to hold your feet and lift with you, this way they will take some of the weight, 2 you can stand on a bench and just strat off by lowering yourself, building up your strength, alternatively dont do them at all remember these are just odeas, slot something else in instead.

  • your videos are awesome! thanks

  • @MrMetalman13 Thanks for that

    Paul
