maybe hes going with the backfield conductors hands whos hands seem late because of the sound delay between him and the met at the front of the field???? just a guess
I don't get it. What changes, specifically, are they working on in this clip? And why? It always seems to me like the designers are experimenting with the corps like they're trained monkeys. Try this. Nah. Try this. Nah. Try this. Can't they envision in their minds how it will look or sound before they beat the poor performers to death? It seems so inefficient, and so costly.
this is what they are trained to do, and things have to change for the show to be better, a show is usually completly different by the end of the season and that goes for all drum corps, not just the cavaliers, this is what these guys live for, they arnt being beat to death, trust me haha
Plus, they have Michael Gaines for drill. Things that look really good on Pyware might not look stunning on the field. I'm pretty sure he knows what he's doing.
@brutusln I was in the Corps that year, we did this subdivision stuff as exercises because the timing was incredibly hard to get right in this movement. There was no drumline beat or anything to go off of and we were bending pitches to a pretty much non-existent tempo on the field. It had to be completely internalized by each and everyone on the field.
is there alot of people in the stands? if there is, i thought it was a rehearsal, lol.

Haha, I really doubt the Cavaliers staff cares what you think, just sayin. It's drum corps you're gonna get beat to death anyways.
