  • i will smush her damn !!!!!!

  • do you have to have muscles to do it or not????

  • lol @ vbambine. I can do these moves now after 5 weeks, only an idiot would teach a new beginner these moves on their first class. I think you're making up silly stories and are just a little jealous ;)

Great job Kizzykaka, I am not and probably will NEVER will be as flexible as you, quite jealous myself!

  • Thanks for your videos - I am at uni making an animation with a character that pole dances - and your videos have been a great help to me :)

  • I wish I could do this, I'm finding the pole extremely challenging. Do you do any other fitness to help improve your skills on the pole?

  • I SEE A BRIGHT FUTURE XD

  • Very Nice Work

  • Well done. This looks very hard! You have good control over your body!! I can't believe some people leaving nasty comments on here!! They must be jealous :)

  • a very SMALL % kan deliver anything close 2 what we R viewing here......... most kan merely dream on ......

  • ohhh, whats the song thats playing in the backround???? Thats my sh*T right there!

  • ITS NOT AS EASY AS IT LOOKS, u try pole dancing, u wont be able to move ur arms for a week!

  • i've triede poledance AND polefitness - both of it is very hard if you do it right and changlenge yourself, buteverything she does in that video is the moves you learn when you begin. i learned those moves at my first class, so i don't give a damn shit for her.

  • Hay There vbambine

With all respect, this is not what you learn in your first class of pole dancing or pole fitness...it takes a while to get these moves under control. Of course this is not a high level and everyone is different with there balance, strength etc... but no way you do this in the first weeks :-) or you have a irresponsible teacher ;-)

  • @kizzykaka ooooooor u learn at home and u get bruises from trying and u do it in 2 weeks ^.-

  • lol as if anybody who actually tried pole dancing would leave a comment like that. It takes practise to move so fluent and make it look it easy like she does. They are maybe not the most difficult moves but it's performed beautifully and with control

  • @vbambine

i agree with kizzy.. everyones different, their body type is different, how they learn is different.. and even teaching styles are diff.. im sorry but i did NOT learn a freaking lay back in my first class~~ or a gemini/scorpio .. just sayin~~

  • When you have taken several hours of pole class in 6 inch platform stiletos THEN you can laugh. Not before. When you have you will be groaning in pain from every muscle you didn't know you had. If you can open your bathroom door with arms like overcooked noodles you will be lucky.

  • smooth and gracefull. nice.

  • kusje

  • niks van aantrekke :P je doet het egt goed en omdat je op dit filmpje je vrij langzaam beweegt ben je een absolute hulp voor andere!! keep it up!!

  • That bow was simply outrageous--you could probably read a clock on the opposite wall. And the Scorpio/foot kiss--unbelievable! That has to go down as Most Flexible Move of 2008! You have great flexibilty and your forms are very beautiful.

  • pretty amazing what the human body can do!

  • Goe bezig! Dikke zoen!

  • Wow supergoed!

  • Lovely vid, very well controlled.

I think I know the 'fairy' move, I thought it was a spinning climb, but I've been told by my instructor it's where you start to climb (just one leg) then swing the other leg round. So, similar to a spinning climb.

Anyway, great upside down work :-)

  • Do you know how to do the "fairy", but climbing up the pole? Do you have any instructional videos out?

  • Thank you so much k51582, I feel flattered but I have no instructional dvd or videos. One to get started is from polecatz for beginning pole dancers, and of caurse Pole tricks 101 staring Pantera for the advanced dancers!

I don't know what you mean with the "fairy", maybe you can post a pic here or my e-mail (look on my website)

    Greets en xses

    Kizzy

  • Thank you so much!!!! I absolutely love that move and have been dying to know what it is called!

  • The answer to the question someone asked (sorry I accendentally delited your comment.

The move with one leg on the pole, upsidedown is called Gemini. I think the first woman who put this move on the internet is Pantera (3rd place on world championship pole dancing). Greets, Kizzy

  • So clean and skilled; no heels, no gimmicks or show girl costumes, just you and your raw strngth (and flexibility) and talent. Well done! Very inspiring for me.

  • Beautiful! Great job. I aspire to reach your level. So controlled and polished.

  • I love this. nice and slow clean moves.

  • So graceful and you are so bendy...love it

  • mooi. treed je ook soms ergens op?

  • Beautiful, and the moves are so clean, polished. Bliss to watch.
