you can't keep an arowana as a pet they grow to 7 ft long

Actually, that species only gets to 3 ft. And, there are no species that reach more than 4 ft in captivity. The Owner should have at least an 8 foot tank so that the fish can actually move, but there is no reason not to own an arrowana.
