from what i have been reading from the body language books biting the lower lip or hiding your lips means your concealing something, your limbic brain uses this response when you hear something negative, and it is a negative emotion. i believe this person got it wrong. also touching is a flirt gesture and if a women does that to a man they will see you as submissive depending on their culture. using the steeple gesture, is probably the best way to maintain your own confidence
