NESTLE KILLS WORKERS

We are on Strike since JANUARY 14, 2000 Nestle refused to recognized the 1991 SUPREME COURT OF THE PHILIPPINES ruling on our RETIREMENT PLAN Last Aug 22,2006 the Supreme Court rendered it's decision that the Retirement Plan of the Workers are still VALID CBA issue. On March 3,2008 it became FINAL and EXECUTORY. Unfortunately WE,the Striking Workers are not benefiting to the desicion of the Supreme Court of the Philippines bec. of Nestle's influence in the Arroyo Goverment.

The Supreme Court of the Philippines "The ruling of the Court of Appeals on the inclusion of the Retirement Plan as a valid issue in the collective bargaining negotiations between UFE-DFA-KMU and Nestle is AFFIRMED. The parties are directed to resume negotiations respecting the Retirement Plan and to take action consistent with the discussions hereinabove set forth.
